Members of the Lake Elsinore Community,
While most of us call Lake Elsinore our home, we spend hours each day driving to amenities
outside of the City – to go to work, school and to shop and dine. What if instead of driving to those amenities, they came to us?
We are pleased to announce a project that will do just that - Alberhill Villages.
Alberhill Villages is a new community planned for the Alberhill District of Lake Elsinore Valley. Comprised of residential, retail and open space, this project
will bridge the gap between a traditional neighborhood feel and a modern lifestyle destination.
Now, instead of driving, we will have the most current shopping, dining, and entertainment options right in our town. Office space and medical facilities will
be woven into an innovative city center, creating a true “live, work, play” environment.
The planned housing for Alberhill Villages was designed to cater to individuals in every walk of life. With single-family and multi-family home options, this
proposal will ensure that all families looking to stay in, or move to Lake Elsinore have options specifically suited to their needs.
Another cornerstone of Alberhill Villages is the four-year university that will fill the void of higher education in Lake Elsinore. Alberhill Villages dedicates
student housing in close proximity to the university, as well as senior housing along the many walkable pedestrian corridors.
All of these amenities and more will be perched adjacent to acres of open space filled with parks, trails and two fresh water lakes. Nestled between
Lake Street and the Cleveland National Forest, just south of the I-15 freeway, Alberhill Villages represents an opportunity to transform vacant land into
a productive and appealing part of the community.
Live Lake Elsinore is a community coalition that is working to enhance the quality of life in the area and bring residents closer to their shared vision for the
