Embroidery
Embroidery adds high-perceived value and a professional appearance to your logo. Our embroidery features
one or more colors to complement the tones of your fabric choice and trim using heavyweight, rayon thread. An
extremely durable decoration method, embroidery will maintain its color and outline throughout washing and
dry cleaning. The unique back of most of our embroideries uses high-quality tear away backing so the back side
of our fabrics always has a clean appearance.

Embroidered Patches
Embroider your logo on a richly textured ultra-suede or faux leather patch. These patches are ideal for minimizing embroidery “show through” and can be sewn or glued onto your Kanata Blanket product.
Faux suede patches are available in two sizes: 3”W x 2”H (rectangle), 4”W X 3”H (rectangle)
Faux suede patches are available in 8 rich colors.

Faux leather patches are available in three sizes:
● 3”W x 2”H (rectangle)
● 4”W X 3”H (rectangle)
● 4”W x 3”H (oval)
Faux leather patches are available in three colors:
● Black
● White
● Brown
Note: On blankets with an embroidered pocket, the patch cannot be sewn just through the pocket, but must be
sewn through both sides of the blanket. A sew line will appear on the backside of the blanket, but is very discreet.
Lasered Faux Suede Patches
A lasered faux suede patch is a cost-effective way to create a tone-on-tone look that allows fine detail to show up
clearly. Your logo is lasered (or burned) onto a soft, ultra-suede patch that can be sewn or glued to your Kanata
Blanket product. Your logo will appear a few shades darker than the patch color.
Patches available in two sizes: 3”W x 2”H (rectangle), 4”W X 3”H (rectangle)
Ultra-suede is available in 7 rich colors .

Lasering
Lasering offers a unique look that allows fine details to be shown. Your logo will appear a few shades darker than
the item being lasered, or the laser will burn through the product to the color underneath (dependent on the
item). Lasering is available for:
Fleece & Microfiber products – 12” x 12” maximum size
Keepsake Gift Boxes – 12” x 12” maximum size
Antique Wooden Boxes – 12” x 12” maximum size
Wooden Tub Spa Gift Set – 2 1/2”W x 2”H maximum size
Reed Diffuser Glass Bottle – 2”W x 1”H maximum size
Heat Transfer Printing
Heat transfer printing is perfect for full color designs
and images with halftones and gradients. The
computer-generated design is printed onto heat transfer
material and pressed onto the product. A full underlay
(the default underlay is white) must always be present.
Color-match is not guaranteed.
Note: Pricing is based on per sq. inch (minimum 4 sq. inch) and includes application on product.
Screen Printing
With screen printing, your logo or message is printed in ink by
placing the product under a mesh screen and applying even
pressure with a squeegee across the screen.
Prices include 1 color, 1 location screen print.
Additional colors and imprint locations are
available on most products for an additional charge.
Note: A flash cure (white base) may be required on light colors.
