THE TRANSFIGURATION OF THE LORD:
"Today, the Eucharist which we are preparing to
celebrate takes us in spirit to Mount Tabor together with the Apostles Peter, James and John, to admire in rapture the splendor of the transfigured

Tabor into daily life where human events challenge our faith. On the mountain we saw; on the
paths of life we are asked tirelessly to proclaim the

St. Leo the Great Parish will be opened. Come
and experience the freedom, healing and light of
our Lord Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. We encourage you to invite another to
the sacrament, especially those who have not
been to the sacrament for some time. Do not worry if it has been a long time since your last confession. The priest will help you. To find guides to

MISSION IN IRAQ
Supporting the IVE Mission in Iraq are:
The Lion Cubs: Pre-K, Kinder, 1st and 2nd
Grade.
The Penny People: 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade
The Grade that make cents: 6th, 7th and 8th
Grade.
Each group will receive a see-through container
to collect money.
Containers will be found and remain in the office.
GOALS
1) Collect as many PENNIES as possible. Put
them in YOUR grade level container.
2) Put non-penny SILVER, CASH or CHECKS
into the container with lots of pennies. (Never
put silver, cash or checks into your own grade
level container.
3) Our overall goal is to collect as much money
(pennies, silver, cash or checks) as possible
to benefit the ministry of the IVE Mission in
Iraq.

Synod and Marriage and Family Survey
Dioceses throughout the world have been
asked to provide input for the Synod on the
Family. The Diocese of San Jose has developed a survey to assist in this effort. This is
a significant opportunity to express the issues and challenges that confront contemporary Catholic families. Please take some
time this week to complete the survey. The

Our Mass schedule for 2015 is now available. If
you would like to schedule Masses please provide them in writing. Stipend is $10.00 per Mass,
maximum of three names. Altar flowers are also
available the donations $75.00. Please call the
office to schedule.
