We could not have had a better experience or better care. Very helpful and willing to communicate and collaborate with my puppy's new doctor, here in Denver. Great and thorough care by all. Thank you! I expected to feel lost and not connected in such a big system---but this was so wrong--we were treated with understanding and empathy in all areas. Thank you. The medical staff have been simply fantastic. We've never felt rushed or uninformed. They included us in every decision and has taken all the time necessary to explain treatment options and necessary steps! We are so pleased that we have a hospital of this quality for our dog. We can't express our gratitude enough for all wonderful the care he has received. The staff was very communicative and helpful, understanding and compassionate. I have already recommended the hospital to 3 friends with Pets that need care.
