Rental of the main floor
The main floor of Palazzo Paletta covers over 500 square feet and is divided into rooms and service areas. The space available can be used in a variety of ways to make your event perfect on
the basis of your particular needs and the number of guests.
3 forms of rental:
a) Reduced: Lounge (1000 sq. ft.) + Armor Room (500 sq.ft.)
b) Partial: Lounge (1000 sq. ft.) + Armor Room (46mq) + Gold Room (350 sq. ft.)
c) Total: the above plus the Felice dei Fiori Room (500 sq. ft.)

The service includes:
• In addition to the chosen rooms, the use of the hallway (entrance-reception),
and bathrooms close to the rooms (2 to 4 including 1 for the disabled) of 120 sq. ft. each, secretarial services, dressing or breakout, and a kitchen of 250 sq. ft.
• Wardrobe on the mezzanine with bathroom.
• Cleaning before and after the event. The rental price does not include cleaning after set-up or for
personnel during the event (quoted on request).
• Lift of regulation width, accessible to the disabled.
• Loading and unloading of goods: access from the rear, on Via Barchetta.
• Lighting of the rooms with leds fitted to the perimeter of the ceilings and free-standing lighting.
• Heating.
• Assistance: a location manager on the day of the event.

• Guided art tour to the frescos and other artworks by Verona’s most important eighteenth
century painters (paid service).
• Catering: Suggested menus for coffee breaks, cocktails, buffet and seated lunches and
gala dinners. The service is provided by certified caterers guaranteeing a fitting occasion
for the location, high quality and excellent hygiene and safety.
• Setting up technical equipment: quotations
for readying the conference room, including
audio-video recording equipment, dedicated
motorized lighting, stages, runways and other
fittings.
• Transfer: discounted prices for taxis and
chauffeur-driven vehicles to and from chosen
car-parks, from the hotel, airport or railway
station to the location.
• Wi-Fi with fiber optics, 50Mb (flat rate).

• Detailed quotation for your event. Recommendations about practical and effective setups
to meet your needs: the rooms, labor and equipment required to fully achieve your aims, and
additional elements that can make the difference.
• Secretarial services including, registering participants, interpreters, porters, the coordination
and management of your chosen suppliers,
furnishings and fittings, flowers, photo and video services, music, entertainment and compliance with SAIE regulations.
•Catering: coordination and general management.
• Technical equipment: coordination and general management by experts.
• Wine tasting: aperitifs and wine tasting, team
building by a “wine tasting challenge”.
• “Wine Trip”: an enjoyable way to improve your
wine tasting skills, discovering the fascination,
aromas, bouquets and variety of Italian wine
from the north-east, under the guidance of wine experts and professionals.
• Round-the-clock assistance.
• Economic management of suppliers with single invoice.

General conditions
Set out below are some of the general conditions for rental of the location included in the
agreement with the owner, Costruzioni Bellè
S.r.L.
Suppliers: all services provided on request,
with the exception of the rental of the rooms
and the Wi-Fi service shall be agreed separately and invoiced directly by the supplier to
the client (individual supplier or Organizer). To
guarantee the quality and safety required for a
historic site, Palazzo Paletta makes available a
range of services by certified suppliers working
in compliance with all current regulations. The
client may, of course, choose his own suppliers,
provided they have the necessary permits.
Program: clients are asked to notify the program of events at least 20 days in advance,
with details of all the activities to be carried out
in the building. The owner may refuse to stage
events considered inappropriate for the decorum of the location or likely to violate safety regulations.
Music: the location is ideal for recorded for live
music, at low volume, until midnight. The owner
may not authorize the use of electrical instruments.
Technical assistance: a technician must be
present if audio/video equipment is used.
