With its circular form, the museum mobile located on the piazza of the Audi Forum Ingolstadt immediately grabs the eye. The building´s design was inspired by thoughts of movement and mobility. The building´s floor plan echoes the cross-section of a tree with its
growth rings – a symbol of time.
With more than 120 exhibits tracing over
100 years of automotive history, time becomes palpable. The heritage of the Audi
brand is brought to life here, as is the evolution of mobility as a whole – an unforgettable experience for all generations. Visitors can take the lift to embark on a journey
through time. It starts off on the top level in
1899 with August Horch. Here, visitors can
marvel at rare and extremely valuable exhibits from the pre-war era. It is not just the
age of the models from the traditional Audi,
Horch, NSU, DKW and Wanderer brands that
makes them so fascinating, it is their historical and social context too. From state carriages to Silver Arrows, there is a passion for
motoring everywhere you look.
Time travel continues on the next level

Forum Ingolstadt. Since 2001, the jazz programme has attracted many thousands of
enchanted fans. The two formats – “Jazz at
the Audi Forum Ingolstadt” and “After Work
Jazz Lounge” – have become firm favourites
with jazz aficionados. And at some concerts,
the Audi design piano makes an appearance.

Jazz concerts are regularly held in the auditorium of the museum
mobile, whose unique architecture provides the backdrop for live
performances of international jazz acts. Though the repertoire ranging from classic to modern jazz, swing, vocal pieces or gospel may be
diverse, there are some constants: musical perfection and virtuosity.
Performances have included jazz stars like Klaus Doldinger, Paul Kuhn,
Ray Brown, Al Porcino, and many more.

On Thursdays at 6.30 pm, the Bar & Lounge at
the Audi Forum Ingolstadt hums to the sound
of strummed strings and tinkling piano keys.
Here, guests can relax in a laid-back atmosphere as they listen to top artists from the
German jazz scene. Wind down after work with
a drink and soothing background rhythms.

When the first jazz concert, performed by the trio headed by bass
player Ray Brown, was held at the
Audi Forum Ingolstadt on Thursday,
May 17, 2001, nobody could have
foreseen that it would develop into
such a long-running and successful
concert series. Since then, around
50,000 visitors have attended some
380 concerts of excellent quality,
performed in the cinema auditorium of the museum mobile or on Thursdays starting at 6.30 pm (with the exception of the summer months) in
the Bar & Lounge as part of the “After Work Jazz Lounge” series.

Children and youngsters can gain exciting insights into Audi topics along a special Audi
young and fun tour route at the Audi Forum Ingolstadt. Exciting activities, innovative driving
simulators and multimedia knowledge contests
await them.
Audi young and fun offers plenty of variety for the very
young, too. Play areas feature different types of toys.

anteed fun. This allows children to interactively create their first dream car on screen. There are two such
play areas: one in the new car pick-up section of the
Customer Center´s gallery and a second in the Market
Restaurant. Here, children can enjoy a marble track
seven metres in length on which marbles traverse
80 metres from start to finish. This marble track is
the largest of its type in Germany.
Learning and exploring
Innovation, engineering, design, world of work, bionics, environmental protection, sports, Audi history – at Audi young and fun, childern and youngsters can gain an insight into all these areas and
playfully acquire new or deepen existing knowledge.
They also have an opportunity to participate in the
“Audi Experts” knowledge and skills contest. Aspirants must display their automotive skills in the
driving simulator and demonstrate their knowledge
of the four rings in the Audi Quiz. The Audi experts
with the highest point totals in a given month can win
a prize.

station, ringtones, videos and information material can be downloaded quickly and easily
onto a memory stick. A suitable Audi USB memory key is available at the Audi Shop.
Discovery path for children and youngsters
Audi young and fun
DTM star in the driving simulator – Timo Scheider visits the
Audi Expert Center. The successful DTM racing driver Timo
Scheider proved in the driving simulator that he is one of the
best in his class! He sped around the Salzburgring in the
Audi R8 LMS at 250 km/h – and, of course, won against the
racing drivers on the other three simulators. Here the drivers
of the future can also show just what they are capable of.

Fried breast of corn-fed fattened chicken with potato
and pine nut mousseline on spinach with chanaterelles
Ingredients (serves 4)
· 700 grams of mashed potatoes,
made from fresh potatoes
Method
Finely chop the pine nuts and fry them briefly in shea butter. Alternatively you can use
olive oil.
· 60 grams of pine nuts
Wash the chicken breasts, pat them dry and lightly season
with salt and pepper. Fry the breasts on both sides in olive

Spinach with chanterelles:
Have the prepared leaf spinach and cleaned chanterelles ready to use. Brown the chanterelles with the diced shallots in olive oil, adding the leaf spinach after 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then add approx. 150 ml of pouring cream
and reduce to a velvety consistency.

Serving
Mix the roasted pine nuts into the hot mashed potato and serve two scoops
per plate. Place the spinach with chanterelles in its cream sauce in the middle
of the plate.
Finally, cut the breast of fattened chicken in half and serve it on the vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley, chives or other herbs.
