The First Multi-Channel Network...
The RoxWorld.TV site is a Network. It is divided into Channels in order to organize thousands of hours of content. The
Network concept allows easy navigation, turning a complex array of videos, celebrities, products and e-commerce into an
enjoyable user friendly experience.
As the following pages explain and illustrate, RoxWorld.TV is starting out with six channels. Additional channels are in the
preparatory phase and will be added throughout the year. Each new addition will follow the same format—Palm Beach
Rox videos with a heavy dose of celebrity participants. For example, the soon to come Equestrian Channel will feature the
elite stars of the Polo world, Nacho Figueroa and Nick Roldan, actor Tommy Lee Jones and his wife Dawn who own a polo
team called San Saba, John Walsh of America’s Most Wanted who is a fine polo player in his own right, and the always
crowded Show Jumping area which hosts more celebrity names than can be mentioned here (Bruce Springsteen, Glen
Close, Lou Dobbs, Madonna, etc.). In addition, well known retailer Polo Gear is likely to be a major sponsor on the
Equestrian Channel. The Golf Channel is also in the pipeline. It will adhere to the same celebrity-heavy format and will
feature upscale golf communities all over the world. A Pet Channel emphasizing celebrity pets and other channels are
planned as well.
Seamless navigation through all the channels combined with constant updates by Rox permits the user to follow a favorite

RoxWorld supports many charities. The Philanthropy Channel covers events like the Angel Ball
of the American Cancer Society or those sponsored by the American Heart Association.
Perhaps more important, Rox feels a need to also give exposure to smallercharities in need of
awareness for worthwhile causes such as environmental improvement, childhood illnesses and
foster care. But the RoxWorld Philanthropy Channel digs deeper. It gives air time and accepts
donations only for those charities where the money is earmarked for the cause itself and not
for the benefit of non-profit executives. Every dollar donated to a charity on the Philanthropy
Channel goes directly to that charity. RoxWorld does not make one dime. Also, a percentage
of every dollar earned on the RoxWorld Network will be donated to these very same worthwhile causes. Here are a few of the charities that have passed Rox’sstringent requirements:

Rox knows style like few others. She used to be one of the top jeans models in New York,
perhaps the world. Rox’s face and perfect figure made her THE model for “10 Jeans.” She
appeared in national campaigns for Sergio Valente and Jordache Jeans. Also, Rox had a Fifth
Avenue showroom for her “Street Talk” line of graffiti inspired urban wear, a high end accessory line called “Roxanna Creations,” plus, in Florida, she owned, designed and produced
“South Beach Swimwear.”
With this history, each RoxWorld.TV user now has a personal shopper, a style and fashion

Coming Soon...
Equestrian
Channel
This will be the first new channel to launch on RoxWorld.TV. The equine world and the “horsey”
crowd encompass numerous disciplines. The Equestrian Channel will explore them all: from
lavish Polo fields awash in A-List celebrities to the most basic Western riding and rodeos populated by the country music set to Rox feeding and nuzzling grazing horses (and get ready for
some laughs). Also, the Channel will delve into important issues to horsemen such as Horse
Abuse and the Fate of Wild Horses.
With all its exciting spills, chills and scoring plays, Polo has become Rox’s favorite sport.
She calls it a combination of ice hockey and football on horseback. Rox’s love extends to the
horse show world—the hunters, jumpers and dressage horses with their quaint costumes, royal
bearing and regal gaits. The Equestrian Channel will yield behind the scenes looks at this star
studded arena together with glimpses into the high and mighty personages of thoroughbred
racing, including insights into breeding farms and yearling auctions.
RoxWorld’s partners on the channel will include former Olympian and Olympic Judge Mason
Phelps, Jr. One of the most respected names in the equestrian community, Mason is the founder
and chairman of Phelps Media Group, Inc., America’s leading equestrian public relations firm.
Other partners include polo player Gary Fellers and FEI dressage rider Jeannette Sassoon,
