R' Menachem Winter. We have gained immeasurably from your Torah
knowledge, guidance, and wisdom. You have demonstrated the finest
qualities of leadership, establishing meaningful and lasting relationships

Congregation Young Israel-Ezras Israel of Potomac wishes

weekly Beis Medrash program, a Motzei Shabbos FatherSon activity, numerous Shiurim, an annual Tisha B'Av
event, and several Shabbatons. All of these have served to
enhance our knowledge of and appreciation for our precious
