It is that time of year when certain pests
begin to stir. If you notice any of these
unwelcome guests around your apartment
home, please call the office so we can
schedule your apartment for a visit from the
exterminator.

PET POLICIES
We are happy to allow pets in our
community, but we do have a few policies
of which we would like to remind everyone:
• Breed restrictions do apply.
• A pet agreement and deposit are
required.
• Pets should not be left outside on
patios or balconies by themselves.
• You must pick up after your pets at
all times.
• Pets must be walked on leashes
around the perimeter of the property.
Please let the office know if you have
any additional questions or concerns.
Keep your own part of the Earth in the
best shape possible! Take a look around
and spend a few minutes this month
making your home Earth-friendly and
energy-efficient. A few ideas: change your
air filter (or give us a call and we can
change it for you), report all water leaks
and running toilets to us immediately, and
check the insulation around your door and
the caulking around your windows
for drafts.
SAY NO TO STRESS
April is National Stress Awareness
Month. Research continues to show how
stress can affect your overall health. Do not
let stress make you sick. Ways to reduce
stress include reading, writing in a journal,
listening to music, meditating, exercising
and doing volunteer work. Find what works
for you and make it a part of your healthy
lifestyle!
