Annual Pool Party!!!
The time has finally come... we will be
celebrating the opening of our pools! On
Friday, May 18th we will be hosting our
annual pool party from 4:00-6:00 p.m. We
will have food, refreshments, door prizes
and much more. As always, this is a huge,
fun-filled event so we hope to see all of
you there!
We are happy to announce that our
pools will be opening Friday, May 17th! As
a reminder, here are some of the pool rules
and regulations to remember:
• Pool hours are always 10 a.m. to 10
p.m. (Pools are closed on Monday’s
unless it is a holiday.)
• Tenants under 16 years old MUST be
accompanied by their parent or
guardian for supervision.
• Proper swimwear is required at
all times.
• NO glass containers or alcoholic
beverages allowed.
• All visitors/guests MUST be
accompanied by a leaseholder at all
times. No exceptions!
• NO PETS are allowed inside or
around the pool area at any time!
Outdoor Grilling
Outdoor grilling becomes a regular
activity with the warmer weather. When
grilling, please remember to follow the City
of Tulsa fire codes which can be found in
your lease. You MUST grill at least 15 feet
away from any structure and you CANNOT
grill on your patio/balconies. Violations can
result in a $500 fine as well as the
termination of your lease.

Fun Fact
Many towns around the U.S. have
festivals, fiestas, dances, fireworks, food
and music in honor of the holiday Cinco de
Mayo on May 5th. It’s a great time to teach
your kids about the culture, people and
history of Mexico — or even learn a little
yourself. The holiday commemorates the
Mexican Army’s 1862 victory over France
at the Battle of Puebla.

take to work and leave in your break room. If
someone brings in the flyer with your name on
it, you get $100 off your next month’s rent after
