Since 1997, our exquisite and superior range of quality Gâteaux and Desserts have been hand-crafted by
our skilled team of Pastry Chefs using the finest and freshest ingredients available, without the use of added
preservatives, colours or artificial pre-mixes.
Conducted by our Master Chef Pâtissier, we continue to create a range of traditional and customised
European and local Gâteaux and Desserts to suit every palate. We constantly seek to extend the
boundaries of our art and this Collection is testimony to that.
When you order our product, expect a cake filled with fresh farm cream and no artificial vegetable-based
imitation cream fillings. Fine chocolate, real fruit and other quality ingredients are used to flavour and create our
fine range of desserts.
In line with our promise of on-going innovation, the Collection boasts six exciting new products and three beautiful new
individual shapes, so you can continue to offer your customers a wider range to choose from.
We know you will enjoy browsing through our Collection as much as we enjoyed crafting each and every cake.

Food Safety
Our business is founded on an obsession with exceptional
quality and food safety. Our products are all hand-made from
scratch in our ISO 22000 certified pastry kitchen. When it
comes to food safety and quality management, ISO 22 000
is the highest level of accreditation a food manufacturer can
achieve, incorporating both HACCP and GMP’s. But it’s not
just a certificate on the wall for us – we run our business
entirely on ISO principles. Our quality management system,
together with our world-class manufacturing facility, are
audited annually by the World Food Safety Organisation
(WFSO) a globally-recognised European-based certification
body governed by the IAF. Consequently, staff training,
continuous and rigorous quality control, microanalysis and
full ingredient traceability (from farm to fork) all form part
of our routine Good Manufacturing Practices. This ensures
the highest levels of hygiene and
complete peace of mind for ourselves
and our customers.

Storage Temperature Shelf-life
Freezer -18°c to -21°c 12 months
1°c to 3°c 3–5 days
Fridge • To cut, use a long serrated knife dipped in hot water
before each stroke.
• To minimise wastage, pre-portion your cake in advance
while frozen and thaw portions as required.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
To thaw, defrost overnight in a refrigerator or at room temperature
(Individual portions 30–90 minutes • Large Gâteaux 60–180 minutes)
