In response to the notice inviting tender online by e-tendering
process a Pre-tender-conference was.held in Chief Engineer office, Nashik
Following Officers were present :1) Shri. P.B.Bhosale Assistant Chief Engineer,P.W.Region,Nashik
2)Shri. A.B.Gavit, Executive Engineer, P.W. Division, Shahada.
3) Shri. G.C.Jadhav Divisional Accounts Officer, P.W. Division, Shahada.
Following tenderers/their representative were present.
1) Shri. S.Y.Borse, Shahada.
2) Shri. D.G.Chavan, Shahada.
3) Ved Construction Co. Shahada.
At the outset Chief Engineer welcomed all who were present for the prebid conference.
He clarified that the deviations accepted in pre-tender conference shall be
treated as common set of deviation for the all the tenderers who will
download the tender forms.
The Superintending Engineer, P.W. Circle Dhule explained the scope of
work contemplated in the tender document and the purpose of pre-tenderconference.
Al1 intending tenderers were requested to submit their representation
if any, in writing and were informed that the department will consider their
representation and issue an addendum of deviations/ clarifications shortly
which will form a part and parcel of the tender document that the tenderers
should submit their offer based on this Common set

considered as not acceptable to the department and will remain as per NIT.
