Introduction
The ingenious DosPrint ensures that the motor control makes the feeding jack go back
one turn after dosing. This makes DosPrint a very solid alternative for sensitive and complex spilling valves. Because DosPrint is tailor-made, it can be linked to almost all brands
of feeding stations. The system also fits Hanskamp AgroTech's CrisyDos and Black V as
well as DeLaval's automated V system.
The information in this manual is for farmers and technicians.

Dairy farmers use the information to test and adjust the DosPrint or to list overviews.

Technicians use the information to install and setup the DosPrint.

Control print synchronic motor
The DosPrint is a unique control which prevents residual trickling in feed stations by making the auger run in reverse direction after dispensing. This control is also perfectly applicable for milking parlour feeding. The extensive possibilities make this control applicable to numerous installations.
We supply DosPrint in two types of our feeders, but for DeLaval feeding stations it is also possible to
mount just the DosPrint between Station Controller and the feeder.
Specifications DosPrint:
 Power supply 24VAC (brown and white)
 Input 12-24VAC-DC (blue and grey)
 Power output (not specified)
 Output potential-free contact <1Ω (red and black)
 Output for 24VAC synchronous motor L/R on. (red,white and 2x blue)
 22μF capacitor on the circuit board.
 Push button and 2 x 8 digit display
Glass fuse 1A
