Since taking the helm for the Wildcats in
1992, Dillon head coach Jackie Hayes has
never had a losing season. Only twice – in
his inaugural season and again in 2000 –
has he had less than 10 wins. Dillon went
8-4 in those cases. Hayes is 249-50 in his
career at Dillon, for an .833 win percentage. He has won Class 2A state titles in
2008, 2009 and 2012.
