Initial Diagnostic Assessment DELF B2
The assessment consists of two stages:
1) Reading & Writing skills
2) Listening & Speaking skills
1) Reading & Writing skills – Compréhension des écrits et production écrite.
Please complete the following activities without using a dictionary.

For the reading tasks (activities 1, 2 and 3), write the answers directly on the email (1a, 3g etc. or
1-answer, 2-answer, etc. or 1-VRAI, 2-FAUX, etc.)
For the writing task, write your essay directly on the email.
Upon successful completion of this first stage, you will be invited to the second stage of our Initial
assessment (Listening & Speaking tasks).
If unsuccessful, we will try to direct you to the right level (Intermediate/Post Intermediate or DELF
B1)
2) Listening & Speaking skills:
If you pass the Reading & Writing tasks, you will be invited to a free session at the Brasshouse
(Tue 20th September 2016 from 6.00pm) where your speaking and listening skills will be assessed.
The overall results (four skills) will determine whether the DELF B2 is the right level for you or not.
