KIT EVOLUTION LAMELLARE Ø57 - 140.0212
La Polini ha realizzato un kit Evolution con immissione lamellare nel cilindro per Vespa
125 Primavera ET3. Ha caratteristiche di potenza molto elevate in ogni condizione di
utilizzo e in ogni tipo di competizione. Il kit con immissione “Evolution lamellare” nel
cilindro viene fornito completo di: cilindro, pistone, testa, pacco lamellare, collettore
d’aspirazione e serie guarnizioni. Il cilindro è fuso in alluminio con alesaggio diametro
57mm. La canna con riporto Nikel-Silicio migliora lo scorrimento del pistone, la resistenza all’usura e all’abrasione. Diagramma di distribuzione molto “racing”. Sei luci
di travaso. Lo scarico è con traversino centrale per aumentare l’evacuazione dei gas di
scarico. La testa è fusa in un unico pezzo e per aumentare la dissipazione del calore
sono state create delle alette aggiuntive anche sotto il piano della testa. Il rapporto di
compressione è stato disegnato per ottenere il massimo della prestazione.
Il pistone fuso per gravità in alluminio ha un solo segmento in ghisa S10 con riporto
di cromatura. Il pistone dopo la lavorazione viene ricoperto da uno speciale strato al
bisolfuro di molibdeno che ne migliora lo scorrimento in fase di rodaggio.
La valvola lamellare ha 6 petali in carbonio di spessore 0,4mm. e la particolare geometria dell’inserto guida flusso aumenta la velocità d’entrata della miscela aria-benzina.
Il collettore d’aspirazione è stato sviluppato per essere abbinato al carburatore Polini
PWK disponibili nelle misure 24/26/28. Per montare questo modello di kit si deve
barenare la sede dell’albero motore nel carter. E’ necessario sostituire l’albero motore
originale con il nuovo Polini codice 210.0034 completo di biella da 102mm. e corsa
52,8mm. Con questo montaggio si ottiene una cilindrata di 135cc. a regolamento per
essere usato nelle gare d’accelerazione. Per ottenere il massimo delle prestazioni la
marmitta d’abbinare è il modello Polini Evolution 2, codice 200.0291.

Polini Motori has produced a new Evolution kit with a reed valve induction in the cylinder for the 125 Vespa Primavera ET3. This creates an engine that is really powerful in
every kind of driving condition and during the races.
The kit with “Reed Evolution” induction in the cylinder comes with: cylinder, piston,
head, reed valve intake manifold and a gasket kit.
The cylinder is cast in aluminium with bore of 57mm.
The liner with Nickel-Siliceous coating improves the piston sliding, its resistance to wear
and abrasion. The transfer ports are designed for racing. It has 6 transfers.
The transfer has a central bridge for a better exhaust gas scavenging.
The head is cast in one piece only and some fins have been made under the head plane
in order to improve the heat dissipation. The compression ratio has been designed to
achieve the best performance. The piston is cast in aluminium and it has one S10 chromed cast iron ring. After its working the piston has been covered with special molybdenum-bisulphide coating that improves the piston sliding during the running in period.
The reed valve has 6 carbon flaps of 0,4 mm thickness and the geometry of the flow
guide allows it to improve of the air-petrol mixtures incoming speed.
The intake manifold has been developed to be matched with the PWK polini carburettor,
available in three different sizes: 24/26/28
To be able to fit this cylinder kit, bore the crankshaft housing in the case. It is necessary
to change the original crankshaft with a new Polini one, part no. 210.0034.By fitting
these parts you achieved a 135cc of displacement according to the sprint scooter
races’ rules. To achieve the best performance fit the Polini Evolution 2 muffler, part no.
