hark Series oil-fired skids are the workhorses of the
pressure washer industry. Delivering up to 5.6 GPM of
hot water at up to 3500 PSI, these rugged gas- and diesel-powered machines are built on an open frame using heavygauge 11/4” powder coated steel and are ideal for mounting to
a truck or on a trailer. The electric-start engine and powerful
belt-drive Kärcher KT pump are isolated from the rest of the
machine on a shock-mounted sub-frame to reduce vibration.
Steam combination comes standard with all models. Pair it
with a Shark trailer for a mobile wash solution to on-site cleaning - see pages 14-16 for details on trailers.

he Kärcher-Shark pivot hose reel features a sturdy, lockable, 360° swivel design so it is always aligned with the
hose for tangle-free pressure washing. There are two
types: pivot and standard (non-pivot). All are rated at 5000 PSI
and 325°F to meet maximum limits of standard 3/8-inch highpressure hoses. Reels range in three sizes to handle 100, 200 or
400 feet of high-pressure hose and carry a two-year warranty.

Shark industrial sandblasters:
F
or the extra-tough cleaning jobs, wet-sandblasting is the dust-free solution. Shark’s sandblasters attach to a cold-water pressure
washer and, using a venturi, mixes sand or other abrasive media with the high-pressure spray to create enough cleaning power to
strip paint off concrete and barnacles from a ship’s hull.
The sandblasting nozzle is made of tungsten carbide for long life. There are two models; a top-of-the-line steel pot (photo below on
right) with tight-fitting lid, or with a probe only.
Other features include:
• Quick-connect coupler for ease in attaching sand probe or pot
• Valve for metering the flow of the media
• Tubed pneumatic tires for easy maneuvering
