Customize Your Wedding
The Custom Outdoor Ceremony
Choose one of our six outdoor ceremony sites. Each area can be
staged and decorated to your specific needs. Each location offers
a different look and feel to complement your special day.
Cocktail Hour
Following your ceremony, guests can enjoy cocktails & appetizers
in the Outdoor Tent Pavilion, on the Sunset Terrace, or at poolside.
This is a great way to entertain your guests while the wedding party
takes photographs.
Customize Your Reception
Guests can await the bride and groom’s grand entrance to their
reception in either their choice of the elegant Manzanita Ballroom
or our Outdoor Tent Pavilion, each unique location helps
establish a magnificent mood for your special celebration
with family and friends.
Bridal Salon
Prior to the ceremony, the bride and wedding party are invited to
gather in the private bridal salon to enjoy final pre-wedding
rituals with friends & family in a stress-free environment.

Tent Pavilion
The Tent Pavilion is available for ceremonies,
cocktail hours and receptions. the 40’ X 60’
tent accommodates up to 260 guests and
includes the use of traditional white folding
chairs and banquet tables seating.
Meadow View
held in a quaint meadow shadowed by majestic
oak s, Our raised rock patio makes for the
perfect ceremony. this location includes the
use of traditional white folding chairs
Lake View
Nestled lakeside, enjoy the tranquility of
our beautiful lake and endless golf course
views. Lakeside ceremonies include the use of
traditional white folding chairs.

Fairway View
Our Fairway ceremony site offers an
expansive, open-air environment with views
from the Fairway. This area also offers
shading and is our most popular summer time
ceremony site. Ceremonies include the use of

Sunset Terrace
Set just outside the Sierra Meadows Club
House, the Sunset Terrace provides
panoramic golf course views and is
conveniently located steps away from the
Manzanita Ballroom, the Sunset Terrace

Manzanita Ballroom
The charming ambiance of this room is complemented by endless
views of the golf course and access to our spacious patio.
The elegantly decorated Manzanita Ballroom accommodates up to
200 guests and includes the use of round banquet tables and
fruitwood chiavari chairs,
Outdoor Tent Pavilion
The beautiful outdoor pavilion is set on the green of the golf
course. This area is very unique and offers elegance and beauty for
any outdoor receptions. It can seat up to 260 guest beneath the
canopy and includes the use of round banquet tables and white
garden chairs.

Deposit
To reserve your wedding date, a 25% non-refundable facility
deposit is required.
30 days prior to the event, A deposit of 50% of the total bill
(including facility, hosted bar, & misc. fees) is required. In the case
of a cancellation, 50% of the second payment will be retained as
a cancellation fee.
30 days prior to the event, you are required to confirm the number
of guests that will be attending.
At the conclusion of your event, all additional fees will be
due and payable.
Host is responsible for any damages to building or its contents
caused during the scheduled event

Hosted Bar
• You Select a dollar amount,
including 18% gratuity, for the bar.
Guests may order drinks until your
designated dollar amount is
reached.
• After that time, guests purchase
their own drinks according to the
cash bar prices.
• Tax is included in all Hosted Bar
drink prices.
• Sierra Meadows will provide two
bartenders for your event at no
charge. Each additional bartender
will be $100 for the event.
Cash Bar
• Guests pay for their own beverages.
• Sierra Meadows will provide
bartenders for a fee of $100 per
bartender per 4 hour period.
• Tax is included in all Cash Bar drink

Golf for $30 per player
As a special Thank You for choosing Sierra Meadows Country Club, we would
like to invite the wedding Party and your guests to play golf at Sierra Meadows.
Upon signing your contract, you and your wedding party will be allowed to golf
at the special rate of $30 per round, including your cart, anytime before or on
the day of your wedding. This special rate can be applied to your bachelor party,
as a treat to the groomsmen and wedding party, or just a fun outing before the
big day. Whenever you decide to take advantage of this great discount, we’re
sure that Sierra Meadows will provide players of all levels with a relaxing day
of golf.

Take Hwy 99 South to Hwy
140 East (towards Mariposa).
From Hwy 140 turn right,
onto Hwy 49 and proceed 26
miles Turn left onto
Harmony Lane and veer right
onto Opah Drive. Proceed on
Opah Drive 2.7 miles to the
golf course.
From Southern California
Take Hwy 99 North to Hwy 41
North (towards Yosemite).
Proceed on Hwy 41 North
approximately 40 miles until
you reach the town of
Oakhurst and the intersection of Hwy 41 and Hwy 49.
Turn left onto Hwy 49.
roceed on Hwy 49 for 2.5
miles and turn right onto
Harmony lane. Veer right
onto Opah Drive and proceed
2.7 miles to the golf course.
