The Transnorm Mini Edge® Belt Power Turn Conveyor is designed and built to your requirements by the worlds premier
manufacturer of power belt turns. It is used for transporting small products around corners. With a standard nose diameter of
only 7/8" (22 mm.), the curve can be used for a wide variety of applications. The TS1500-22 is available with FDA approved
components for food grade applications.
The Transnorm design ensures a smooth transfer of materials to virtually any surface. It is available in a wide variety of radii,
belt widths, angles, and noseover bar diameters to meet most requirements. Custom floor supports and sideguards are also
available.
The Transnorm Mini Edge® Belt Curve is a quiet, high quality, low maintenance unit designed to provide years of reliable
materials handling.
Materials
z Noseover Bearings - High grade sealed bearings are aligned side by side along a small diameter hardened shaft.
Standard noseover bearings are 7/8" in diameter with 5/8" also available.
z Drive - Centrally located direct drive system at the outside radius reduces maintenance costs and permits reversing.
An underslung outside radius version is optional.
z Bed - The standard bed construction uses a stainless steel deck with options for UHMW or Zinc-plated.
z Belt - A high grade belt designed specifically for power turns and a small noseover diameter is used. Endless finger
spliced belts are designed for minimal belt stretch for extended life cycle.
z Paint - Matched to customers specifications

Product Overview
The TRANSNORM TS1500/22® Mini Edge Belt Curve is used for transporting small products around corners. With
a standard nose over diameter of 7/8” [22mm], this curve can be used for a wide variety of applications including
food grade materials utilizing FDA approved components.
A centrally located direct drive system at the outside radius allows for reversing product flow.
Various radii, widths, angles, heights, speeds and nose over diameters are available to meet your specific
application.
