Pro Career: Chip Kelly became the 21st
head coach in franchise history on
January 16, 2013. It is his first NFL
coaching experience after 23 years of
working in the college ranks. One of college football’s most successful coaches,
Kelly put his stamp on a new generation of
offensive schemes during his four years
at the helm of the University of Oregon
program. In four seasons as the head
coach of the Ducks, he compiled a 46-7
overall record and transformed the school
into one of the nation’s premiere college
