Birkdale Village consists of 260 residential units in three and four-story buildings with retail at the ground level. These buildings form the main
streets of a neo-traditional town center. The residential units are both flats and townhomes with second level access to parking structures at the
rear of the buildings and street level visitor access. Cline Design developed the schematic design for this project. This project was a joint venture
with Shook Design Group.
