Operator places the leather into the machine which is automatically fed into the first set of wheels to round the edges. The next set polishs the edge clean and smooth. These milling and/or brushing units are electronically controlled with optional waxing units. The wheels are interchangeable to meet the demands of the product and material. It is supplied with two lateral loaders that can carry straps up to a maximum load height of 500mm (about 170 straps), and one swinging bar with six pneumatic cylinders (with adjustable position) that picks up the strap from the loader and feeds it into the next station. Fully automatic loading cycle. The operator chooses from which side the machine will begin to work. As the straps from the first side run out, the swinging bar moves automatically to the opposite side and the first support returns at the loading position. Equipped with a transport belt driven by a variable speed control motor, a digital electronic thermoregulator to adjust the internal temperature. The JUMBO features a large ventilation system that recycles the air inside the cabinet, thus allowing the machine to reach the desired temperature quickly and maintain it without high electrical consumption. (350 kg) Model VULCAN Vortex Drying Oven The VULCAN oven serves a) to reactivate the glue after application to chairs, car dashboards etc.; b) or to dry at low temperatures with forced ventilation, all kinds of leather products that have been painted or glued. Also used to warm hand bags so that they can be turned inside-out after sewing. By maintaining a temperature of about 60°C (140°F), the bag leathers will soften for easier working. The unit is equipped with 3 individual slide-out trays, which can be used together or independently according to the circumstance. The trays can be completely removed from the oven for repairs or cleaning. The oven was built to maintain a maximum inside temperature of 100°C (212°F). This machine is used specifically for drying dyed or glued parts created in leather or similar materials which need a reduced drying times without compromising the quality and characteristics of the products. The machine can be loaded and unloaded from the same opening. EOLO is equipped with a timer and can be set by the operator. This setting depends on the produce and application. The operational cycle can be set either by setting rotation timer on automatic or by setting operation on manual position after loading. Forced ventilation produced inside the machine enables fast and thorough drying at an average temperature of 40°C with posing time which can vary from a minimum of 2 minutes, depending on the size of the articles to be dried and the loading speed. This oven does not suffer heat dispersion and only consumes 6Kwatt electric current to bring itself to the set temperature, after which the consumption is reduced by 60% in order to maintain set values constant. EOLO is an advanced version of STAR-6 as it is equipped with a air-jet at the front opening to avoid hot-air emission, therefore improving the air re-cycle and avoiding disturbance to the operator. Tests have proved that for best results it is necessary to allow drying for approx. 2/3 min at about 40°C. The machine can be loaded and unloaded from the same side as a main work station or it can be used as a tunnel—loading from the front and unloading from the back. It is very simple to use and an automatic cycle can be selected by setting the loading time, after which the wheel which rotates the 6 trays will shift by one position or a manual cycle can be selected while a led will flash to indicate when the set time has expired. The operator will then decide whether to press the button in order to shift the trays manually or wait in order to complete the work in process. In other words the manual cycle can shift the trays on operators’ request.The incoming blade-like air jet limits and prevents heat emission therefore protecting the operator. It is also used to turn bags in-side-out after stitching, bringing the temperature to 60°C in order to facilitate this operation. Testing has proved that the necessary time for optimal drying is approx. 2/3 min. at a temperature of approx 40°C. The drier can be loaded and unloaded from the same position, or unloaded from the opposite side (as another optional work station). The possibility of shutting the panel doors will limit heat consumption thanks to thermal insulation. The possibility of height regulation offers the option of a shelf at 70cm and another one at over 1mt in height. The TECNO Systems automatically works the edge of belts and leather straps (or synthetic material). This system can obtain a good finish, without varying the width of the inserted straps and considerably saves time and material. The line is easy to operate and can be reduced or combined with other units. Tecno 20 Burnish, Paint, Dry & Stack Insert the strap to be rounded off and brushed into the model FC2E+AP by means of easily interchangeable tools that are diversified according to the material to be worked; then it passes into painting unit model RC105 and into the drying oven TGV20. The band is then recovered in the collector model R1. It is possible to choose the most suitable collector between the model R1, version R5L (with a further side conveyor), and version R5S (as pictured) with the extra advantage of automatic tip painting and drying. Tecno 30 Double Burnish - Double Paint Dry & Stack The operator only has to insert the strap to be rounded off, brushed and dyed in the first machine model FC2E+AP+RC105; then it passes in the first drying oven TGV20+C and is directly conveyed into the brushing machine where it receives a double brushing and a second finishing dyeing FC2E+RC105; afterwards, it is introduced in the oven TGV20 for the final drying and then collected in the model R1. Tecno 40 BEVEL, PAINT, Dry & Stack The first station on this line is the machine model RCA COLOR, similar to the PK95 combining and bevelling unit. Both sides of the introduced straps are rounded off by means of specially shaped knives. Waste is collected by the an internal suction device and the edges are thus ready to be dyed in device model RC105. Then, the strap is fed into the drying oven model TGV20 and then recovered in the collection unit R1. Besides having the same features in terms of finishing edges of belts and straps made of leather and synthetic materials, it is equipped with an automatic loader as a first station where straps are placed and automatically fed into the machine model FC2E+AP. Upon loading the two sides of the SERVER, which work independently, the operator can then attend to the immediate control of adjustments and quality inspection. Once the machines are set into motion, the system is essential self automated. The loader model SERVER can also be used as a feeder for other machines, and is easy to move with the provided wheels. Remember it is possible to choose the most suitable collector for the production needs. With the model R1, the belt follows a conveyor and is piled for collection. The R5L is similar to the R1, but features an additional side conveyor, and version R5S (as pictured) with the extra advantage of automatic tip painting and drying for a completed belt edge. Same as TECNO 50, but includes the TMA 300 fully automatic printing machine. Tecno 60 Automatic PRINTING Line The TECNO 60 is a line fully automatic to print line to foil stamp belts or straps with the TMA 300 stamping machine. The operator loads both sides of the automatic loader SERVER and engages the line. The SERVER automatically feeds the belts into the TMA 300, and after printing straps are collected into unit R1. The loader model SERVER can also be independently used as a feeder for other machines. Tecno 70 Fully Automatic Burnish, Paint, Double Dry & Stack The TECNO 70 similar to the TECNO 40 but incorporates a “double” drying operation with two TGV-20 tunnels. With this line it is possible to get same quality as per regular version TECNO 20 but with higher production capacity and increased working speed. Tecno 80 BEVEL, PAINT, Dry, Polish & Stack The TECNO 70 is like version TECNO 40 with a further polishing operation. The RCA COLOR rounds off the edges by using shaped knives (also applicable to two piece belts) and then paints the edges on exit. Next the strap goes through the TGV 20 tunnel to be dried and then passes through the FCE+AP polishing unit to smooth out any imperfections.
