RESERVATION CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
- Only written confirmations are valid for room reservation
- After signing the group contract we require a 50% advanced deposit of room
costs within 15 days. You may provide us with your credit card details or wire the
money via bank transfer to our bank account, further more we request another
30% pre payment 15 days before the planned arrival in order to hold 80% of the
total event costs. (Volksbank St. Anton, Kto.-Nr.: 510/00111-4, BLZ 45850 –
IBAN AT354585000510001114, BIC VBOEATWWLAN).
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a confirmed reservation, we charge the following cancellation fee for group
bookings:

50 % of total room charges
80 % of total room charges
90% of total room charges
No Shows will be charged at the contracted rate in the full amount for the whole
length of stay
For early departure we do not reimburse for rooms / nights which have not been
consumed!
All changes must be advised in writing and acknowledged by the hotel.
ROOMING LIST
The hotel will expect to receive a final rooming list 21 days prior to arrival.

The final bill invoice will be issued on the last day the event is held and is payabel within
14 days.
PARKING:
Besides our outdoor parking possibilities, we are proud to inform you about our garage
with a direct way to the Hotel which is at the rate of € 17,00 per vehicle per day. Please
let us know upon booking if you wish to reserve some spots.
DRESS CODE:
Our dinner in the restaurant is always a highlight, therefore we kindly inform you to
wear some business casual clothing. For our Gala evening we appreciate men in jackets.
