General Information
Minimum Order - Minimum order value is £100 net.
Carriage Paid - For UK Mainland deliveries, orders over £200 net are carriage paid. Below that
a delivery charge of £5 is applicable. For orders containing a large quantity of ceramics a delivery
surcharge may apply. For Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands a
delivery surcharge will apply.
Non-UK Customers - Customers outside the UK please contact us for EUR, USD, YEN prices, delivery
charges, lead times etc.
Advertisements etc - Catalogues, price lists, and other advertising matter are only an indication of the
type of goods offered, prices or other particulars contained therein shall not be binding on us.
New Products - New products are continually being added to the Naturally Med range – to keep upto-date with these additions between mail-outs please visit www.NaturallyMed.com
Prices - All prices are NET and are subject to variation by us without notice. Goods will be invoiced at
price ruling at the time of despatch.
VAT - All prices are strictly NET. VAT at the UK rate of 20% will be charged on all prices. Non-UK
companies who provide us with a VAT number will not be charged VAT.
Despatch - Every effort will be made by us at all times to despatch orders on the due date, but we
shall not be under any liability whatsoever for delay in despatch howsoever arising. We reserve the right
to deliver in more than one consignment and invoice each consignment separately.
Return of Goods - Goods will only be accepted for return if our prior written approval has been
obtained. Goods rejected by you as not complying with the Contract must be so rejected within seven
days of receipt by you. Goods must be returned carriage paid.
Claims for Damage, Loss or Non-Delivery - Claims for damage, loss or non-delivery must be notified
to us and the carrier in writing (other than on the Carriers delivery note) within the following time
limits:- (1) Partial loss and damage. Within 3 working days of delivery to you. (2) Non-Delivery. Within
7 working days of date of invoice. We shall not be under any liability unless these Conditions are observed.
Ordering - Orders can be placed by phone, email or directly on our NEW wholesale website

Payment - (1) New businesses without trading history must pay on a proforma basis until a credit
account can be established. Goods will not be dispatched until we have received cleared funds.
(2) Application for credit account – customers who need to apply for a credit account will be
contacted
upon receipt of their first order to obtain and authorise satisfactory referees.
(3) Payment in full will be due within 30 days from the end of month of the date of invoice (unless
otherwise agreed in writing).
Point of Sale, Tags and Maintenance Advice - New customers will receive a piece of Point of Sale with
their first order - explaining about the olive wood, care and sustainability. Products have a strap or
tagged applied (excluding very small items), allowing you to easily price the product. Orders also come
with care cards, which explain to the customer how to care for the olive wood products.
