TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Loyalty Program rewards cardholders for the
use of their cards by granting them points
redeemable against travel, gifts and exciting packages. All Byblos Bank (hereinafter referred to as the
“Bank”) charge and revolving cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholder”) are eligible
to the Loyalty Program.
The terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program are
an annex to the terms and conditions of holding
charge and credit cards.
The Loyalty Program applies to all charge and revolving
cardholders who meet the requirements and are in good
standing under the terms and conditions of the cards.
Such customers are automatically eligible to enroll in the
program. Enrollment is free of charge for both principal
and supplementary cardholders. Enrollment in the program by supplementary cardholders cannot take place
separately from the principal card.
ACCUMULATION AND EXPIRY OF LOYALTY POINTS
Loyalty points have an expiry period of 36 months
effective from the time of accumulation.
For every dollar the cardholder spends using his/her
card, a point is awarded. Points are awarded for retail
transactions. Cash transactions and transfers are
not included in the program. Other promotional
schemes will be occasionally included in the program.
The Bank reserves the right to change the ratio
between loyalty points and the amount that needs to
be spent using charge/revolving card to accumulate
those loyalty points. The cardholder will start earning
loyalty points once the Bank launches the program,
based on posting date and not transaction date.

INQUIRY ABOUT REDEMPTION OF POINTS
The cardholder can inquire about his/her points balance through either his/her statement or online (via
his/her online banking access). These statements
reflect the points accumulated by the cardholder,
his/her previous balance as well as any redemption.
The cardholder can also contact the Call Center
which has access to all cardholders’ status.
Customer service representatives are able to qualify
cardholders’ status and answer any questions
regarding the accumulated points, redemption
options and history of redemption.
REWARDS
All rewards are subject to availability. Rewards are
available only during the periods described in the Loyalty
Program communications. Certain restrictions apply to
rewards. Merchants associated to the program might
change. Some rewards have limited availability.
Redeemed awards are not exchangeable, refundable,
replaceable or transferable to credit other rewards or
points under any circumstances.
Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with the
terms and conditions pertaining to the Loyalty
Program. The Bank and associated merchants are
not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated vouchers.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid at associated merchants only, until
expiry date printed on the front of the voucher.
Vouchers must be submitted at redemption and no
photocopies of vouchers will be accepted.
Redemption of the voucher is the sole responsibility of
the associated merchant, not the Bank’s.
Vouchers are not valid for previous purchases and

cannot be used as payment on existing account balances with either the associated merchant or the
Bank. Vouchers have no other cash value.
Vouchers are not transferable unless otherwise
noted on them.
Vouchers are void where prohibited by law.
Vouchers for the rewards offered include taxes.
PROGRAM ACCOUNT
Points accumulated in the cardholder points
account may be converted to a gift voucher provided the cardholder’s account has reached the vested amount and all of the enrolled linked accounts
are in good standing and not cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder (except as provided below) at the time of conversion request. If any
linked account is not good standing, the cardholder’s enrolment in the program will be cancelled or
points accrued in the program account may be forfeited if the cardholder has at any time failed to
adhere to the cardholder agreement.
If, for any reason, the Bank cancels any linked
account(s), any points accrued in the program
account will be forfeited. If the Bank reinstates the
linked accounts within 6 months of cancellation, any
points accrued in the cardholder program account
may be redeemed, provided all other conditions set
out herein have been met. If a cardholder enrolled
in the program and having more than one Bank
account, voluntarily cancels any card account, and
keeps at least one Bank account, any points
accrued in the program account as a result of
charges billed to the cancelled card account will
remain valid in the program account provided all
other conditions set out herein have been met.
If a cardholder voluntarily cancels his enrolment in
the loyalty program or cancels all linked accounts,
but keeps at least one Bank card, the cardholder

will have up to 6 months to re-enroll in the program
in order to reactivate any points previously accumulated in the Loyalty Program prior to such cancellation. Such points will then be available for
redemption, provided that the one-time vesting
requirement has been met.
If a cardholder cancels all linked accounts and cancels all cards from the Bank, all points accumulated
in the Loyalty Program account will be forfeited
immediately.
Once the points accrued in a cardholder’s loyalty
program account have been redeemed, the points
cannot be converted back into the cardholder
Loyalty Program account.
GENERALITIES
The Bank reserves the right to terminate the program at any time. The Bank also reserves the right
to change the program terms and conditions at any
time including, but not limited, to points required for
any reward.
The request for redemption must be made by the
cardholder himself. The cardholder must initiate
redemption of points by either calling our customer
representatives at 01-205050 or by writing when
visiting any of our Bank branches.
Fraud or abuse relating to the accumulation of points
in the Loyalty Program or conversion of points may
result in forfeiture of accumulated points as well as
cancellation of a cardholder’s Loyalty Program
account and any Bank card account.
The Bank’s failure to enforce a particular term or
condition does not constitute a waiver of that term
or condition by the Bank.
All issues or disputes regarding eligibility to the
Loyalty Program or the eligibility to accrual or conversion of points will be resolved by the Bank at its
sole discretion.
