Spühl GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Leggett & Platt, Inc. –
the worlds biggest innerspring producer.
Since 1991 Fides has been an important part of the Spühl
group. Together we are your reliable partner for Fides
wire forming machines, manufactured in Italy and
Switzerland. They are sold to innerspring-, mattressand also upholstered furniture manufacturers in over
150 countries around the world. Our product range
includes the following groups of machines: Bonnell
coiling-, assembly- and transfer machines, pocket spring
machines and special machines.
Based on more than 130 years of experience in machinebuilding, Fides products are designed to be solid and
easy to use, require minimal maintenance, and are ideal
for an efficient innerspring production. Detailed documentation on maintenance and operation is available.

Bonnell Transfer System
Bonnell Assembler
The FT-81 transfer system produces fully automaticly Bonnell spring units
with different dimensions such as: Low Height, Super Light and regular
Bonnell units.
The semi-automatic Bonnell assembly machines do not require compressed
air and allow the production of zoned spring units with 2 different spring
wire gauges (AS-4).
