Regnum Türkiye, as a real estate
company, has achieved many
successful projects across the world.
Nowadays, the firm makes its name
quite known with Escana project
which has been realized in
the district of Bodrum.
We asked about Regnum and their lat est project, Bodrum Escana Evleri to
the General Manager Tolga Ozan.
Mr. Tolga, May I learn your story?
I was born in 1974, in Ankara. I graduated from Architecture
Faculty of Gazi University. I took duty of various projects in the
sector for long years. I worked as chief of construction site and
project manager in a 5 star hotel construction in Kiev, Ukraine;
in 5 star President Rixos Hotel which was built for the president
in Astana, Kazakhstan; in 5 star Ela Quality Resort Hotel. After
finishing of Ela Quality Resort Hotel Project, I began to work for
Öztürk Group. In a near time, I was appointed as project manager of Carya Golf Club project which hosted successfully of
European Challenge Tour, one of the most important golf
organizations of Europe and one of 100 golf pitches of Europe.
After completing the Project in a successful way, I was assigned
as Deputy General Manager responsible for production and
production planning and then for General Manager of
Regnum.
How were you included this project…
When I was assigned as deputy general manager in Regnum, the
land of Escana was bought and concept projects began to be
made up. Due to the project was in the beginning stage I was
included all stages of design and project management. So, I
found chance all the processes of Escana Homes’ building up
starting from the first to date.
Would you mention us starting concept of the homes?
The founder of OPET, Öztürk Family has contributed to this project in a great deals and exerted efforts. All of the individuals of the
family did not grudge their interest in this project ranging from
concept formation to implementing of the project. Also OPET
Executive Board Chairman Mr. Fikret ÖZTÜRK has possessed a
home from our Escana Project. While the issue has been
opened, I offer my thanks to Öztürk Family not only for this proj-

ect, regarding their support to me and
Regnum team in every matter.
In the
scope of the project, we wanted to make
up awareness for the texture of the city
with the architectural design and quality
for being suitable to Bodrum’s texture. In
the direction of these principles, we have
brought the unique castle, marine and
Bodrum’s scene inside of all the villas.
Almost like a picture… While Escana was
being planned , we have planned a project being used in four seasons, offering
luxury life comfort, enabling residents live
an independent villa delight, in addition
summer home concept.

Which features of this project are interesting for you?
Escana is the pearl necklace of Bodrum.
One of the fascinating features of the
project which has been built in the most
suitable way to the silhouette of the city,
locating in the center of the city and has
many privileges. Its independent pool,
castle and marina scene, fascinating
atmosphere of the project by itself are
only a few ones.
Would you tell us story of Escana homes?
Why Bodrum?
Bodrum is a real place, can be lived for
four seasons, with its unique plant flora,
low dampness, high oxygen amount, rich
bays and authentic architecture. It is an
excellent place growing, with its development and tourism potential in the future.
For this reason, we wanted to make up a
higher quality and truest places for those
who live continuously and come from
time to time in Bodrum. My team and me
exerted big efforts for this project’s every
square cm. In the production, very precision calculations have been made for
every detail. There was opportunity to
build more homes on this land; we did
not think this at all. We built only 25 villas.
In our Escana project that we set out not
to destroy traditional architecture texture
of Bodrum, we ceded our construction
area of 2500 sq meters and we included
these parts into green area.
In Bodrum many projects are going to
materialize... why should they prefer you?
Due to being the most excellent and
highest quality project they should prefer
Escana Homes to be able to watch its dazzling atmosphere, breathtaking sunrise
and sunset together with wonderful castle scene.
Who is architect of the homes?
The architect of the homes is Erdal
Tusavul. He is a full of Bodrum fond. We
have signed on a project that will make its
name known much with Erdal Tusavul
and Regnum family in Bodrum.

Would you inform about pos ition of
homes, materials used, sq meters and
type of homes?
Being neighbor to The Marmara hotel,
Escana has a very delightful position,
oversees the Bodrum castle and marina
through hill. Maybe it will be interesting
but we have realized a first with this project in Bodrum. There is a full automation
in all the homes that is called remote control system. It is possible to water your
garden when you sit at your office or
before get on the board of a plane to

heat your home and when you reach
Bodrum your warm home will be waiting
for you. You will do these via your cell
phone or computer. In addition, you can
control every thing in the home by downloading scenarios that you want. There
are 5 types home in Escana, these are 3
storey villas between 400 – 450 sq
meters. In order to our customers to decorate according to their wishes we deliver
homes uncompleted. We can support
about decoration for those who want by
our expert architect colleagues.

Our Bodrum is a whole Bodrum with its
