This age old drink is said to be the reason for the invention and popularization of the straw! To quote Harry Johnson from his 1882 Bartender´s Manual ”It is a very refreshing drink for the old and the young” Sweet and Sour T Border Patrol Arette Anejo, Old Overholt Rye, Cocchi Chinato and Chocolate bitters. This is a twist on the classic Manhattan cocktail from the middle of the 1800’s. This rich and dark version which is quite strong, but has a sweeter note 5 Wicked Witches Fix Tequila Cabeza, Strega, lime, pineapple & 5 spice syrup. A Fix is a classic style drink that has spirit, citrus and some kind of sweet fruit. We use homemade 5 spice syrup for an extra kick in our take. When in Rome Martell Cognac, Picon, Tevsjö Creme de Cacao and rock candy. An ”Old Fashion” style cocktail with rich flavors from Cognac and Picon, Brilllo Mule Absolut Vodka, lime, sugar, ginger, white peach & nutmeg. A fresh version of a classic Moscow Mule served up in a iconic copper mug. T Hanky Panky Fords Gin, Cocchi Torino and Braulio amaro alpino. This cocktail was created by Ada ”Coley” Coleman at the Savoy´s American Bar, London, in the early 1900s for actor Sir Charles Hawtrey. We use an amaro alpino from the north italy in our version. Godfather Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon, Morelli Amaretto della Torre & bitters. Old fashion style cocktail from the swinging 60´s, often made with scotch but we prefer it with Single barrel bourbon. T T Italian Chihuahua Nardini Mandorla Grappa, Kahlua, sugar, cold brew coffee and a whipped cream float. An up take on the ”Colorado Bulldog” which is based on almond flavored Grappa insted of vodka and cold brew coffee insted of Coke. This gives it a little more bite but still keeps the classic elements. T Floyd´s Daiquiri Del Maguey Mezcal, Havana Club 3y, Abricot, lime, sugar & pink grape. An homage for the late tv-chef Keith Floyd, This sour style drink is finished with some freshly grounded pink peppercorn. T Italian Negroni Beefeater Gin, Carpano classico and Campari. The Negroni takes its name from Count Camillo Negroni and sometime between 1919 and 1921. Americano Sweet vermouth, Campari and soda. It was originally known as the "Milano-Torino" because of its ingredients, Campari from Milan and Cinzano from Turin. The cocktail was first served in creator Gaspare Campari's bar, Caffè Campari, in the 1860s. Bellini / 115:White peach and Prosecco The Bellini was invented sometime between 1934 and 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of Harry's Bar in Venice. Because of its unique pink color, which reminded Cipriani of the color of the toga of a saint in a painting by artist Giovanni Bellini, he named the drink the Bellini. Alkoholfritt alternativ finnes Malvaceae Collins Beefeater Gin, lemon, Hibiscus syrup and soda water. Malvaceae is family name which the Hibiscus plant is apart of.
