1st idea: Re-invigor the War Memorial fountain
- Invite reflection: Add a mirror?
- Provide a function: Add umbrellas?
- Keep it in memorial mode: Broken Umbrella?
2nd idea: A memorial to the missing… fountains!
- The drought is really, really, REALLY bad… how do we show this?
- The empty fountains need BEAUTY… both visual & auditory!
