to affordably retrofit their house into a net zero

tile lines. We always want to be on the cutting
edge of design, and finding unique tile products
always keeps us one step ahead. Consistency in
the products is also very important to us,” says
Chris Cipriano.

Cipriano utilizes Oceanside Glasstile to add

“There are three main factors when it comes to
choosing materials: function, style and budget.
We want to offer customers a wide variety of
material choices that will fit the style of the
project and within their budget. The trick is to
balance all three and not have to sacrifice the
integrity of the design.”

Heat Bar & Kitchen owner, Sam Khorish,
envisioned his restaurant as the embodiment
of passion. “For the atmosphere, we wanted
something very warm, cozy, passionate. We
wanted to bring all the elements of passion —
hot, fire, warmth – and we wanted something
very contemporary but with unique touches.”
Tiled entirely in the Blue collection 3/4" x 3 3/8"
brick pattern tile in our rich golden Canyon hue,
Heat’s stunning bar is the centerpiece of his
creation. The bar sparkles with pops of iridescent
tile throughout the glossy field.
Heat brings to life its owner’s vision of passion,
energy and environmental consciousness. “We
wanted a very fun place that does not exist
anywhere else, and we wanted to lead the
industry by example. We wanted to work with
sustainable products and keep the environment
in mind.”
The Blue collection is the epitome of eco —
responsibility, made of 55%-82% post-consumer
recycled content and manufactured using 30%
less energy.
“When I reached out to Oceanside Glasstile,
they were in the process of developing a new
product line called Blue and I immediately felt
very comfortable. I thought that this was going
to be the right product for our space and for
what we wanted to achieve. The product is
absolutely amazing; it’s full of color, full of
warmth, and it’s just great.”

Light Residential
Residential flooring areas subject to soft-soled footwear or normal footwear traffic without heavy dirt. Some examples would be: interior rooms such as
bathrooms and bedrooms without exterior access.
Residential
Residential flooring areas that are subject to soft-soled footwear or normal footwear traffic with small amounts of abrasive soil. Some examples would be:
living or dining rooms.
Heavy Residential
Residential flooring areas that are subject to normal footwear traffic with occasional amounts of abrasive soil. Some examples would be: halls, kitchens and
corridors.
Light Commercial
Non-industrial, commercial flooring areas that are subject to normal footwear traffic (less than 50 people per hour) with occasional amounts of abrasive soil.
Some examples would be: boutique showrooms and corporate office spaces.
Commercial
Flooring areas that are subject to considerable traffic and abrasive soil. Some examples of these would be: entrances, workrooms, inns, exhibition halls and
salesrooms.
Heavy Commercial
Flooring areas that are subject to heavy traffic with very abrasive soil. An example would be the floor of a manufacturing facility.

.42 are not recommended for use in areas with wet or slippery conditions.
If such tiles are used as a walking surface where water, ice, oil, grease
and/or other substances are present, such a condition could cause a
reduction in foot traction and become unexpectedly slippery resulting in a
