DESCRIPTION
FLAMMABILITY RATINGS
Filtrair VNF-300/PSF-300 conform to German fire classifica­tion
standards (DIN 53438-F1) and is self-extinguishing.
It is resistant to evaporated solvents and is produced in a 100%
silicone-free environment.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Filtrair VNF-300/PSF-300 are specially designed to be used in
Filtrair G4 HVAC media VNF-300 and PSF-300 are designed
for coarse filtration of the air intake in general ventilation and air
handling systems installed in public buildings, offices, factories
and equipment of all kinds. The products are suited for high air
volume applications which are heavily contaminated.
The Filtrair G4 HVAC media combine a high dust holding capacity with a low pressure drop and are therefore extremely cost
effective with a long filter life.

Synthetic fiber-based filter media developed and produced at
Filtrair high-tech media plant based in The Netherlands. The
filter media are constructed from selected high performance,
non-breakable fibers in a progressive density multi-layering
technique to ensure high depth loading with optimal lowest
pressure drop performance, to achieve gravimetric arrestance
in accordance with EN 779:2012 standard ratings.
SPECIALTY PRODUCTS
Filtrair can offer other G4 specialty products upon request.
These products will cover fire rating standards according
NF-P92-503/504, wash ability requirements and any other
special purpose.
Technical data are available upon request.
VNF-300 and PSF-300 are thermally bonded to prevent fiber
release. The clean air sides can be imprinted for easy identification to ensure the correct installation in pad, roll or pocket
format.
PSF-300 requires minimum order quantities.
