Dear Castleberry Friend,
“Mission 1 is missions”
for our Lord
commanded you and
me to go into all the
world with His saving Gospel.
But Castleberry, it is so easy for us to get
sidetracked from Mission 1 because we enjoy
our own Castleberry services so much. We
are encircled by warmth, love, fellowship,
encouragement, Biblical teaching and
Christ-exalting music.
We feel so comfortable we are one body in
Christ, Castleberry Baptist.
But, it is so easy to forget about those who
have never heard the Gospel. They have no
hope and no salvation. Jesus died for them
too! He stated “I do not pray for these alone
(believers), but also for those who will believe
in me through their word that they all may be
one as you Father, are in me, and I in you...
John 17:20,21
Let's Be the1God can use to spread the
Gospel in answer to Jesus' prayer. Let's Be
the 1 to pray "Lord, what should I give, what
do you want me to do, burden me to send
and pray for the Rue's , Hooge's, Pyles, and
Doyles."
Then, we will be identified in I Cor. 3:8 , Now
he who plants and he who waters are one..."
as those who with God's missionaries sent
the Gospel around the world. "Be the 1."
