t was the pride of Yavapai County when it opened in 1927, financed by
hundreds of residents who helped realize the dream of a first-class hotel near
the Courthouse Square. A downtown Prescott landmark for more than eight

The Marina Ballroom is a unique 2,100-square-foot banquet space, offering a fanciful
architectural counterpoint to Prescott’s Victorian history that complements the famous
Elks Theater located just around the corner. Spacious and light-filled, the room is perfect
for large groups.
The Rooftop Terrace with unparalleled views of downtown Prescott and its
surroundings—majestic Thumb Butte and the skyline of the Bradshaw Mountains in the
distance. The perfect location for a cocktail party or summer reception, the Rooftop Terrace
seats 80 for dining and overlooks the Gazebo.
The Gazebo itself and adjacent Courtyard offer space for a 100-person reception in a
protected corner of the historic red-brick hotel building.
The Arizona Room, featuring stained-glass windows, chandeliers, hand-painted
wall-length murals, is a perfect event space for 110 people.
The 1927 Salon and Main Lobby showcase the best of Hassayampa Inn’s Old World
charm, from the porte-cochere to the hand-painted wood-beamed ceiling and talavera tile
fireplace. Castilian walnut furniture, embossed copper panels, chandeliers, and etched glass
complete the historic ambiance and make a superb location for a wine tasting, art auction,
cocktail party, or black-tie reception.
There are also three additional private meeting rooms ranging from 300 to 400 square feet,
offering flexible options for business meetings and food and beverage.
All event space has convenient access to the guest business desk and come with high-speed
wireless Internet. Audio Visual Support is available.
