Kroger Loyalty Card Signup Instructions

Summary of steps:
1. Sign up for a Kroger Loyalty Card
2. Create an account on the Kroger website providing your loyalty number
3. Activate the account from the email that Kroger sends
4. Log into your Kroger account
5. Go to Community Rewards
6. Search for UUCLR organization number (80317)
7. Select Unitarian Universalist 2 of Little Rock
8. Save the changes
9. Buy groceries at Kroger and use the loyalty card. UUCLR will then receive 5% of what you purchase.
Detailed Steps:
First step is to apply for a Kroger Loyalty card. They can be found at the customer service desk and are the
typical name, address, email, type of form. Once it is filled out and returned wait a couple of days before
trying to log onto the Kroger website.
As part of the website process you will need to create an account (unless you already have a Kroger account)
If you already have an account, skip to Logging in (page 4), otherwise create an account
Enter an email and pick a password for the Kroger site. Follow the rest of the account creation process. Its
should ask you for your Kroger card number in the Shopper’s Information part. The data you provide will
need to match what was on the application you filled out for the card. An email will be sent to the address
provided to verify that it is accurate. It should be sent within 10 minutes, but may take up to a day. Longer
than that means you should check your junk mail folder or assume the email will never arrive. The fix for not
receiving the email conformation is to get a new card.

Once you receive that email and activate the account, you should be able to log in.
Sign in and go to My Account, then Account Setting
Near the bottom is Community Rewards. Open the tab to see what it is set for (may be nobody). If not
Unitarian Universalist 2 of Little Rock, select Edit Community Rewards Program Information.
You can search for an organization either by name (Universalist come up with 3 organizations) or organization
number (UUCLR's is 80317). Select the radio button for Unitarian Universalist 2 Of Little Rock and save the
changes.
