We operate a busy beauty therapy day spa & appointments are precious, should you need to cancel your
appointment, please give us a courtesy call 24 hours before, last minute cancellations & ‘no shows’ will incur a
50% cancellation fee, ‘no shows’ for gift vouchers’ will forfeit 50% of value of voucher.
Please note gift vouchers are valid 12 months from date of purchase.
