The FASTTrack PAPER PAK’R® system is small, fast, efficient, easy to operate and reliable. It can be used as a stand-alone
work station or integrated in-line over conveyors, to increase productivity and orders shipped per day.FAST! The fastest
paper machine available; dispenses at speeds up to 66 inches per second (18 cubic feet per minute).
FLEXIBLE PROGRAMMING! Built-in, touch-screen keypad allows
operator to make exact pre-set lengths to meet specific packing needs.
Maximizes productivity and controls material cost.
AUTO INDEXING (AI) FEATURE allows the operator to program the
exact amount of paper required. The AI feature automatically replenishes
the paper “on-demand” so it is always available to pack the next carton.
It operates at all three speeds: slow, medium, and fast.
EASY DISPENSING! Mobile/Modular Stand with adjustable height and
locking casters for optimal ergonomic positioning over any conveyor or
pack table. Optional, detachable packing table is available also.
COST SAVINGS! Efficient paper dispensing increases productivity and
orders shipped per day.
MULTIPLE PAPER GRADES! Single ply 30# and 40# basis weights and
optional Dual Paper Roll Kit for producing two-ply “finished” paper
available to meet many packing applications (void fill, block & brace,
cushioning, interleaving, and wrapping).
