each menu is put together with careful thought as to who will be eating it. Seasonality, the
duration and nature of the event, guest numbers and guests profile are taken into account.
We can offer signature dishes from our restaurants
We can recreate the classic menus of the restaurants and clubs in our group, including The Ivy,
Le Caprice, J Sheekey, Bam-Bou, Daphne’s, Scott’s, Mark’s Club, George or Harry’s Bar. No
other catering company can do this.
We are accredited by the Soil Association
To offer completely organic menus. Please let us know if you would like to consider an organic
menu. Our over-arching philosophy is to keep things simple, classic and authentic with modern
British, European, Moroccan, Pacific Rim and French-Vietnamese flavours all considered.
