PRO RUNNER BLACK SERIES
Pro Comp’s Pro Runner Black Series are the most advanced dampers that Pro Comp has ever offered for
superior performance both on-road and off. The Black Series starts with 2" diameter grained steel shock
bodies and fills them with high end components between the anodized black aluminum end caps. The steel
body has environmentally friendly bright zinc plating with a UV protecting clear top coat, and is finished off
with a gloss polyurethane clear for added protection against the elements.
The monotube shock body is fitted with Viton O-rings to contain the high pressure nitrogen charge that
sheds heat more efficiently than a traditional twin tube shock absorber to resist fading, even under extreme
use. NitroCarb shock shafts are also used for improved resistance to corrosion and fatigue. The rebuildable
design of the Black Series shocks allows you to replace the seals and shock oil and recharge them with
nitrogen, making them the last set of shock absorbers you will ever need to buy for your truck.

The new Pro Comp Pro RunnerTM Control Arms deliver amazing performance and increased durability
for lifted, leveled or stock trucks. The factory upper control arms' weak ball joints and stamped steel
construction are not designed to handle off-road use.
Pro Comp has engineered the new Pro RunnerTM Control Arms utilizing oversized stainless steel FK
uniball joints. The big uniball joints provide unparalleled strength over factory ball joints. Heavy duty
1.25" chromoly tubular construction and reinforced pivot bushing mounts are used to eliminate flex and
handle the added load from extreme suspension cycling. Large PTMEG pivot bushings are equipped
with Zerk fittings for easy maintenance and quiet operation. Each arm is finished in a durable black
powder coat finish for years of lasting performance.

2007-15 TUNDRA - 2WD/4WD
Pro Comp's new long travel suspension system for the Toyota Tundra provides 14
inches of front wheel travel and 12 inches at the rear for maximum performance
off-road and unmatched comfort and control over harsh on-road conditions. All
four corners will be precisely controlled by 2.75" diameter front and 2" diameter
rear internal bypass dampers with external reservoirs. (Those unavoidable full
compression hits can be softened by optional 2-inch travel hydraulic bump stops.)
These systems feature custom cast steel upper and cast iron lower arms with
maintenance free OE-style pivot bushings to maintain factory levels of noise and
vibration. Extended length tie rod ends and CV axles accommodate the 4-inch track
width increase for added high speed stability. Ride height is increased by 4 inches.
Internal and external fender modification required to allow 14 inches of travel with 35"
tires. Rear lift height and performance is achieved by longer spring shackles and
multi-leaf spring mini packs.

Pro Comp is proud to announce the availability of 6-inch
suspension systems for 2015 Tahoe/Yukon!
GM has revamped the Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon for the 2015 model year and is offering both aluminum and
steel suspension components. Pro Comp did not waste any time engineering new suspension lifts for these popular
full-size SUVs. Their 6-inch suspension kits make room for 35-inch tall tires on both 4WD and 2WD models.
Pro Comp designed this suspension in various stages in order to fit a wide variety of performance requirements
and budgets. Stage I retains the front struts with a spacer to economically add lift height while retaining the factory
ride and uses nitrogen gas charged ES9000 shocks out back. Stage II takes it a step further with upgraded coilover
struts and coils along with adjustable MX6 shocks in the rear. The latter is available as a full kit or as an upgrade for
those who already have a Stage I suspension.
Both Pro Comp suspension systems are engineered with one-piece steel crossmembers and CNC-machined
knuckles to withstand the harshest terrain. As you have come to expect from Pro Comp, all necessary details like
rear coil springs, sway bar end links, and brake line extensions are included, with no hidden costs.

Ford’s new F-150 offers many class-leading innovations for America’s best-selling truck and we
are right there with them. Pro Comp boasts the industry's bestselling F-150 suspension lift kits and
are proud to announce the development of new components for the 2015 chassis of Ford’s lighter,
aluminum bodied F-150.
We have optimized the design and construction of new crossmembers to maximize strength and
reduce weight. Our ductile iron knuckles have been revised for OEM stability control function and
steering feel. Differential hangers locate the front differential for factory CV axle angles.
A heavy duty skid plate keeps the differential protected when rolling over larger obstacles
allowed by the use of 35" tall tires. Upperstrut mount spacers and sway bar relocation
brackets maintain factory ride quality and handling.
These new kits are completed with
aluminum drive-shaft spacers,
brake line relocation brackets, OEstyle dual pin 4" lift blocks, and top
grade hardware – all backed by
the Pro Comp Promise warranty.

suspension upgrade for Jeep JKs. This new system delivers unmatched
articulation and control for the JK platform making it perfect for the
hardcore off roader. With improved suspension geometry, this 4-link
provides better traction, while eliminating “rear steer” and bushing bind.
This system is easy to install and adjust for maximum performance. It
can be ordered as an upgrade kit for vehicles equipped with a 3.5" and
4.5" Rubicon Express Standard & Super-Flex Short arm kits. Like all

NEW! 2.0 HYDRAULIC BUMPSTOP
Hydraulic “air bumps” provide a huge increase in off-road performance
by providing a smooth transition at full compression when compared to
a harsh factory rubber bumpstop. The problem is that air bumps require
custom fabrication for installation… until now. Rubicon Express has
designed a bolt-on kit to add their 2.0-inch hydraulic bump stops to 07+
two door JK and four door JK Unlimited Jeep Wranglers.
NEW! HIGH STEER KIT
Rubicon Express High Steer kit brings your steering angles back into
factory specs on 4.5"– 5.5" lifted JK Wranglers. Included is a HD drag link
made from solid bar for maximum strength and utilizes an OE tie rod end
for simple replacement. The axle mounted track bar bracket accepts and
allows for adjustment with the OE track bar while also relocating the lower
sway bar mounts and steering stabilizer.

G2 Axle & Gear is proud to introduce the new CORE 44 axle
housing for the 2007+ Jeep JK.
Utilizing the strongest and latest generation Dana 44 gear design, G2 has developed a whole new housing
to handle the heavy loads that would normally bend the stock housing. All brackets are designed around stock
mounting points, laser cut and CNC-formed from 3/8" steel for added strength. All potential weak points have
been reinforced to prevent damage to the brackets.
• Engineered to be a direct replacement for the stock Dana 30 or Dana 44, and will accept stock Dana 44
ring and pinions, stock Dana 44 axle shafts, and aftermarket lockers.
• Compatible with factory JK Tru-Lok® locker or conventional aftermarket lockers
• Housing features G-lock® adjustable spanner nut design to set backlash and carrier bearing preload
• Integrated skid plates on lower control arm mounts, designed to prevent hanging up on rocks

AXLE TRUSS
The all new G2 heavy duty axle
truss and armor system gives
your JK the strength it needs to take
serious abuse.
Constructed from 1/4" thick main components and 1/8"
thick reinforcement plates, this truss design provides critical
strengthening across the whole axle, not just the long tube
in a lightweight package. All components are laser cut
to precise specifications to ensure a perfect fit for easy
installation. Welding is required, including to the cast
center section. Professional welding skills are strongly
recommended.
The G2 heavy duty JK Rubicon Front Dana 44 axle truss
and armor system includes lower control arm skids, inner
"C" gussets, reinforced stock height track bar bracket and
main axle truss assembly.

An all-metal design ensures that these hubs can
handle the punishment of off-road use and remain
operational in the roughest environments. A nodular
iron body resists impact adding to the strength of the
hubs. A heat-treated lock ring prevents premature
failure allowing the hubs to remain engaged. An
aluminum cap and dial resist corrosion will ensure

CORE LOCKER
The Core Locker is a pneumaticallycontrolled selectable locker with a built-in
manual override for complete reliability.
This heavy duty locking differential is designed to handle the added
stress of a fully locked differential by incorporating a one piece body,
coupled with a forged cap for maximum strength.

ADVANTAGES OVER COMPETITORS
The Core Locker's one-piece cast iron main
body and forged steel cover plate offers
greater strength than traditional two-piece
bodies. It also features a two-piece main
body assembly using existing ring gear bolts
(instead of tiny fasteners); a three-piece cross
pin assembly (in place of single piece cross
shaft); and a four-axis laser cut selector cage
(instead of rods).
NODULAR IRON CASE
One piece nodular iron case provides the
strength to support the load present in a
locked differential.
FORGED SPIDER GEARS
Forged four spider gear design spreads
the load evenly across six gears and three
cross shafts.
FORGED BEARING JOURNAL
Majority of the load from the ring gear
passes through the bearing journal on the
ring gear side. The Core Locker utilizes
a heat treated forged journal that can
bear more load compared to a stock cast
differential case.
FINNED DIFF COVER
Made from heat treated aluminum to help
dissipate heat, the diff cover houses the
shifting mechanism for the locker, and also
protects the ring and pinion from impact.
EASY SERVICE
Servicing is simplified by retaining the
pneumatic actuator in the cover and not
having to remove carrier from the housing. The
Core Locker functions with any existing locker
compressor hardware and plumbing.
MANUAL OVERRIDE
Built-in manual override allows for engagement
of the locker even in the event of a compressor
failure.

CORE DUAL RATE
SWAY BAR SYSTEM
The G2 Core DRS offers a state-of-the-art dual rate sway
bar that can be controlled from the comforts of the cab.
Pneumatically controlled, this system allows a rigid system for on-road handling. It also allows
full flex for off-road conditions while still providing some anti-roll elements of a sway bar.
The sway bar can engage/disengage on the fly – at the flick of a switch from inside your
vehicle. The machined 5/8" steel "Second Stage" sway bar offers the unique safety feature
of having some element of sway bar operation when disconnected, while the spring-loaded
default switches to the 'engaged' position for ultimate failsafe security.
The Core DRS features a hub and gear assembly which provides unparalleled strength in the
disconnect mechanism. It couples to existing locker compressors using identical fittings and
plumbing. Spline shafts with locking rings allows for serviceability and repair on the trail.
The system will also accommodate manual disconnect end links for 100% disengagement.
