He spent a year in India as a Fulbright Scholar making sculpture and studying cave-temple architecture. His artwork has been shown recently at the Zilkha Gallery, Wesleyan University, the Sculpture Center, NYC, Berlin, Germany and New Delhi, India. In 2013, Kendall lived in Berlin working on a combined installation of sculpture and photography. His first residency at I-Park was in 2011. His current interest is how objects and natural elements accept marks. Markmaking, in his work, is about giving form — in a very minimalist, non-invasive manner — to elements of nature in order to make it more renderable. kendallbaker.org Red Barn/South Studio Marina Fridman is a Canadian artist creating drawings, mixed media paintings, sculptures and installations.
