in either property to relax before or after your round of

night’s accommodation with a full Irish breakfast on the

• The Cavan Golf Pass is valid for a period of twelve months from the date
of purchase and entitles the bearer to one round of golf on each of the
participating golf courses, Co. Cavan Golf Club, Farnham Estate Golf Club
and the Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club subject to availability.

• The Cavan Golf Pass can be used on any day of the week and at any time of
year subject to availability.
• It is the responsibility of the Cavan Golf Pass holder to book tee-times in
advance and these are subject to availability.
• The Cavan Golf Pass holder must give reference that they are holder of a
Cavan Golf Pass when booking tee-times, otherwise full green fee rates may
be applied.
Slieve Russell Hotel

• The Cavan Golf Pass cannot be used to play during members’ times, club
competitions, open days or any other promotional offers.
• The Cavan Golf Pass cannot be used as substitute or part payment for society
or corporate golf bookings.
• All Cavan Golf Pass holders must register at each golf club at least 30 minutes
before their confirmed tee-times. Each golf club reserves the right to request
a handicap certificate or to request the golfer to undergo a golfing proficiency
test.
• All Cavan Golf Pass holders are subject to conditions of play at each
participating golf course, including dress code on the golf course and in the
clubhouse.
• The Cavan Golf Pass in non-refundable once purchased. Lost or damaged
vouchers cannot be replaced.

are one of the oldest and most mature parkland courses in
Ireland. Situated 1km from Cavan Town and 70 minutes
from Dublin. This 18 hole course will inspire and provide an

lined with mature trees, in particular the last 4 holes, with
water coming in to play on the 15th hole indexed 1. This is

Our stunning Jeff Howes designed golf course is ranked
number 48 in Golf Digest’s top 100 Irish golf courses, breaking
into the top 50 on our first ever ranking. Spread over 500 acres
of rolling countryside and dense woodland, this course is a
true test of golf with two contrasting nines. The gentle but
challenging journey on the front nine explores the undulating
meadows of this magnificent estate while the back nine
provides a more vigorous test, travelling through more rugged
woodland and finally returning to finish in rolling parkland.

Forming part of a magnificent 300 acre estate, including 50
acres of lakes, The Slieve Russell’s 18-hole championship
course is sensitively wrapped around the lakes and the
drumlins of the County Cavan landscape. The course presents
a wonderful challenge and the devilishly tricky greens present
a searching examination of accurate approach play, which
adds to the enjoyment factor. Not surprisingly the complex
has always proved very popular with visiting golf groups from
all over Ireland, the UK and Europe and many return on a

Russell has hosted some major Irish PGA Tournaments and is
