CONDITIONS TICKET AGREEMENT Buying a ticket implies entering into an agreement under the terms and conditions of Navimag Ferries S.A. for passenger transportation. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required to secure a tentative reservation. Final payment of the remaining balance must be received by “the company” 30 days before departure of the ferry. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES The following penalties will apply for cancellation of a reservation as soon as “the company” receives written notice: a) More than 45 days prior to the scheduled departure of the ship, 0% penalty. b) Between 44 days and 15 days prior to ship’s departure, 30% penalty. c) Between 14 days and 7 days prior to ship’s departure, 50% penalty. d) Between 6 days and 48 hours prior to ship’s departure, 70% penalty. e) Within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time of the ship, 90% penalty. f ) After the departure of the ship, 100% penalty. The percentages of the penalties specified above, shall be made on the total value of the ticket booked, both for security deposits and, obviously, the tickets themselves. Passengers who make changes to their reservation must make the request at the latest 48 hours prior to the ship’s departure, and must pay 10% of the ticket value. POLICY FOR CHILDREN Infants 0-3 years, 80% discount when sharing bed with parents. Children 4 to 12 years, 20% discount sharing cabin with an adult. RATES AND DEPARTURES “The company” reserves the right to change rates and departure dates without prior notice. FERRY CONDITIONS Rates include accommodations, sea transportation, onboard entertainment, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
