Marc Veyrat returns to his roots and opens his restaurant, a foundation against junk food, an
environmental international cookery school. Situated at Col de la Croix Fry. Open three days
a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Marc Veyrat is the most awarded chef in French gastronomy : having twice gained three Michelin stars and twice 20/20 in Gault & Millau.

La Clusaz has created an intermediate area which allows children to discover cross country

A new roof, designed to preserve the open perspective on the environment of the site, has been
