"Our stay in this condo was one of our best-ever times in Florida. Blind Pass is tropical and peaceful and private. Jim & Betty's condo was well-equipped,
comfortable, clean, and cute (and Betty was very helpful throughout the reservation process . Perfect weather, swimming, biking, tennis, canoeing, riding the
waves, relaxing at the beach.....it was hard to leave! Thank you for everything!"

"We stayed at Betty's Blind Pass Condo for 2 weeks and would return anytime.Everything as described : confortable, clean, easy and interesting foot access to
the beautifull protected Bowman Beach - never crowded- where you can walk for miles ! A real plus for us was the Byke Path reached in 2 minutes from the
condo : we visited a great part of the island bicycling 2,3 hours every morning. A real nice place for all ages !"

"We stayed in April and the condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable and it was wonderful to have the chairs & umbrellas to use for the beach, without
having to rent them. The pool there is great, and there are outdoor grills. What we liked the most is the location. We always go to Blind Pass beach and these
condos are about 8 minutes from there. You're on the quiter side of the island so as long as you did your shopping on your way in, you can stay nice and
relaxed. We had a wonderful time and the owner was great to work with."

About Tropical Splendor
The condo location is unique with a private path to famous Bowman Beach and a foot bridge over Clam Bayou. As you stroll to the beach be sure to look for
Osprey, heron, pelicans, spoonbills, and you could see crabs, fish and even live shells slowing crawling along the Bayou as you cross over the bridge. Be sure to
plan a canoe or kayak trip throughout the Bayou and watch the wonders of nature unfold. Prepare to relax and enjoy our spacious two bedroom, two bath, well
appointed condo decorated in a Tropical Sanibel style. The large, original wall mural will remind you of the beautiful Florida birds and unique water scenes that
you will experience during your visit. Sleeping arrangements include a king size bed, two twin beds and a queen sleep sofa. With your comfort in mind, beach
chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for most cooking and we have a full size washer and dryer. You will find a
large assortment of books, games, DVD, two TV's and Wi-Fi available. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores are just minutes away by car. The bike path is near
by and there are bike rental shops to help you with a bike of your choice. The beautiful pool, (heated in winter) , swaying palm trees, warm tropical breezes and
lush tropical plantings will remind you that you are vacationing in PARADISE.

The condo is a split floor plan with the living and dining room in the center and a bedroom on each side. The living
room has a sofa, love seat, and 2 chairs plus tables and a TV with DVD.
Dining Room
The Dining room has a table and chairs for 6 people and has a slider to the screen porch. The porch has a table and
chairs for eating outside.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a large counter with 3 stools, ample work space and cabinets, dishwasher, stove, sink, microwave, full
size refrigerator and also a large closet with a full size washer and dryer. /a large assortment of pots and pans, blender
and other kitchen tools for most cooking. There are gas grills behind the club house for grilling.
