Flag Day
To commemorate the occasion of
UAE Flag Day, ceremonies were
held on all ADNOC Campuses at
12:00 pm, November 3rd, 2015.
The students gathered in the
school yard to present speeches
and a poem on the occasion,
Celebrating the event by raising
the UAE flag across the emirates
at the same time reflects the unity of the large Emirati family. Red
symbolizes the sacrifices of previous generations who laid the foundations for the Union, and green is
for prosperity; white for charitable
contributions and support for
peace in the world; and black for
the
strength of
Emiratis and their
rejection of injustice
and extremism.
A big Thank You
goes to the Arabic
Department, and
Mrs. Mai Al Mansoori, their HoD.

Breast Cancer
Awareness
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the school had a
Cancer awareness walk on Sunday, October 25th.
Students and staff were encouraged to wear pink. The students
and teachers gathered at the front
of the school to walk around the
school buildings .
University Fair Visit
PSAT Exams
The 11th and 12th graders had an
amazing opportunity attending the
University/College fair at the Abu
Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
This event is the largest exhibition
in the country for local and international universities. Students were
able to explore and discuss their
options with universities’ representatives
and
to
discover
what career opportunities are open
to them.
The PSAT/NMSQT is a preliminary version of the SAT. Not only
does the PSAT help prepare students to take the SAT or ACT, a
great score on the PSAT can also open the door to National Merit
Scholarships
and
other
awards.
The University/College fair at the
Abu Dhabi National Exhibition
By attending this fair students are
more able to plan their academic
path and look more confidently to
their future,

Students Projects
Talent show 2015
Under the guidance of our teachers, students engaged in various
projects, such as projects by the
Arabic classes, as well as a recycling project done by grade 7.
Once again, our Music Department left us speechless with the
amazing performances of this
year’s Talent Show. A variety of
traditional, modern and classical
dances and songs has been presented by our awesome students. Everyone enjoyed the
evening. Thank you, Music Department!
The below pictures clearly demonstrate the effort put into these projects!
Under the guidance of Mrs. Amal
Inab from the science department,
the students participated in a poster design competition, they gathered valuable information by reading related books, and they arranged a “Waste Management
Week” in which environmental related topics were read during
morning assembly. The Eco Club
produced beautiful pieces of art
from recycled material. The aim
was to raise awareness among the
students about sustainable and
integrated waste management.
