Spindle is supported with a combination of
double-row cylindrical roller bearing and
angular contact ball bearings for accuracy
and rigidity.
Wide RPM range main spindle has the minimal
heat distortion, which allows machine does the
constant cutting accurately at the high speed.
This machine will give you the excellent
surface roughness, along with a high accuracy
and a minimum noise.
Each axis is designed with a large diameter
ballscrew, fixed by double anchor on both
ends to provide high-rigidity and
minimize thermal
distortion.
Direct connecting of ballscrew with servo motor to each
axes provides the high precision.
One-piece cast construction greatly improves rigidity and
accuracy with high power and torque .

SKT28 Series
Work coordinate is automatically set by just
input the cut off depth on control panel as a
parameter after slightly cutting the work
surface. Neither measuring nor calculating is
needed, and work coordinate can be set
within 30 seconds.
Q-setter can obtain tool offset automatically by touching
tool, this eliminates the trial cutting, measurements, and
tool offset inputs.
Even a beginner can finish tool compensation within 40
seconds.
Chips fall directly into the
chip box. The separate
type chip box can be
easily cleaned. A large
opening in the right side of
the machine is provided
for easy chip discharge.
