tool compensation within 40

Left & right spindles including C-axis and same
capability are designed to minimize heat distortion
during long continuous operation which perform
various machining cycle from low speed & high
torque heavy duty cutting to high speed finish
cutting.

Tool Holder Set Up
Large(MT#5) Tail Stock maintains a high precision accuracy
during heavy duty cutting. Quill can travel by foot pedal or
program(M-code) and Tail Stock body can travel manually by
Jog button or MPG handle after connecting with Saddle. And
also, Programmable tail stock option is available.
The smart Design
Parts catcher helps you to collect finished parts without opening
the door. It will be more useful, when you can combine it with a
bar feeder and a sub-spindle.
Work coordinate is automatically set by just input the cut
off depth on control panel as a parameter after slightly
cutting the work surface. Neither measuring nor
calculating is needed, and work coordinate can be set
within 30 seconds.
Chips fall directly into the chip box. A large opening
in the right side of the machine is provided for easy
chip discharge.
