The Resort reserves the right to make a final decision to move
any outdoor function to an indoor function room to expedite
the set-up due to inclement weather. Suitable back-up space
will be provided with all outdoor events.

The wedding cake is one of the signature style elements to any
wedding. Our in-house Executive Pastry Chef will collaborate
with you to customize the wedding cake of your dreams.
Event Information
At Four Seasons Resorts La- na‘i, we are pleased to create a
custom-designed menu to suit your specific needs, from a
rehearsal luau dinner to a sophisticated cocktail reception,
our team will work with you from planning to execution.
Please note that all food and beverage must be purchased
exclusively through Four Seasons Resorts La-na‘i. Four Seasons
is the only licensed authority to serve and sell alcoholic
beverages on the resort grounds. All food and beverage prices
are subject to a 16% service charge and 6% administrative fee.
Hawaii state tax, currently 4.166% will be added to all food,
beverage, labor, service and administrative fees. There will be
a minimum fee of $175 for all plated meal functions, $300 for
all buffet meal functions, with a guarantee of 25 people or less.
A guaranteed guest count is required at least five (5) business
days prior to the function. For functions with guarantees above
100, we will set and prepare for up to 5% over the guaranteed
guest count. You will be charged for your guaranteed guest
count or your actual guest attendance, whichever is greater.
If we are not advised of a guaranteed count, the tentative
number of guests will become the guaranteed count.
Any changes or additions to food and beverage made 14
or fewer days prior to the function date will incur additional
air freight surcharges, starting at $350.
Maui County liquor laws require all alcohol service to end at
1:00am and require a bartender to be present at all functions
at which alcohol is served.
