Abstract
The instructional games are an important means for attaining
specific objectives related to physical education and sports area. Each age
group should be carefully analyzed by the educator in order to conceive
attractive content in terms of biological, motor and social enhancement.
The whole personality should be considered by the specialist, when
programming training sessions pr PE lessons.
Ludic behavior proves to be an important part of the selfactualization and growing process in every human being.
