Itinerary
On this breathtaking journey through the northwestern reaches of
British Columbia, experience rugged coastlines, untamed wilderness
and rich native culture. Wonder at great northern forests while en
route to remote Port Hardy. There, board our well-appointed ferry
and marvel at the famous vistas of the Inside Passage, which include
glacier-carved fjords, the Coast Mountains and local wildlife,
including whales, otters and sea lions. After this magnificent cruise,
which lasts approximately 17 hours, watch for bears and elk as you
drive past the small mountain towns of the Skeena and Bulkley river
systems, along the sweeping plains of the Cariboo region and
through the remote wilderness of the central plains. You’ll complete
your trip with a tour through the lush Okanagan Valley before

After a four-hour drive from Vancouver along the scenic Coquihalla
Highway, you’ll arrive in the charming city of Penticton, resting
between Okanagan and Skaha lakes. Head to either lake for
swimming, boating and kayaking. Hike or cycle on the trails, along
the sandy beaches or up into the nearby mountains. Explore the
famous Kettle Valley Railway Trail, go rock climbing on the Skaha
Bluffs, or celebrate at one of the city’s unique festivals. The Sandman
