Billy Moyer Terrorizes Terre Haute Summernationals Field Terre Haute, IN
(July 9, 2014) – Billy Moyer bagged his fourth UMP Summernationals feature of
2014 with his Moyer Extreme by Longhorn #21 Eibach Springs Super Late Model
at the Terre Haute Action Track. Moyer started his night by setting the fastest time
during qualifying, and led every lap of the race to the $5,000-to-win finale.
Babb Back in Victory Lane with Herald and Review Checkers Macon, IL (July
10, 2014) – Shannon Babb had to overcome a strong mid-race challenge from
Ryan Unzicker at Macon Speedway in the annual Herald & Review 100, but he
was triumphant in his efforts as he parked his Eibach Springs #18 Petroff Towing
Rocket Super Late Model in victory lane for the fourth time in 2014. With the win,
Babb became the first five-time winner of the storied event.
Billy Moyer Outruns Foes and Mother Nature for Another $10,000 Payday
Farmer City, IL (July 11, 2014) – Continuing his torrid pace on the UMP
Summernationals, Billy Moyer bolted from the third starting spot to the lead on
the first circuit of the 50 lapper at Farmer City Raceway and went on to outrun
the competition amidst intermittent showers to claim the $10,000 payday.
More First Place Money for Billy Moyer with 34 Raceway Score Burlington,
IA (July 12, 2014) – Billy Moyer just keeps winning in UMP Summernationals
competition with his latest score coming at 34 Raceway with a $10,000 conquest.
Moyer earned the pole for the 50 lap feature and stalked leader, Chris Simpson,
until lap 26 when he took control of the top spot. From there the Dirt Late Model
Hall of Famer drove to his eleventh win of 2014 and his series best 88th win in his
Henderson Motorsports #21 Moyer Xtreme by Longhorn Super Late Model.
Shannon Babb Leads All 40 Laps for $5,000 Win Danville, IL (July 14, 2014) –
Vermillion County Speedway played host to Shannon Babb’s latest triumph as he
led all forty laps of the $5,000-to-win event en route to claiming the victory, which
pushed his 2014 win total to five.

Zachary Hidalgo Pulls the Hat Trick at San Bernardino San Bernardino, CA
(July 12, 2014) – Zachary Hidalgo enjoyed an exceptional weekend at the Ernie
Bose World Record National event, where he won three events and unofficially
broke the track and world qualifying records. With Eibach products on all three
entries, Hidalgo then scored the win in the World Record QMA, Senior Animal, and
the Light 160 ranks. All of this was accomplished within the confines of a single day
race for the talented young driver.

UMP Summit Modified Nationals
Kenny Wallace Dominates Action at Terre Haute Terre Haute, IN (July 9, 2014)
– NASCAR star Kenny Wallace is never at a shortage of words, and at the Terre
Haute Action Track his competitors definitely heard his voice as he dominated the
UMP Summit Modified Nationals feature. Starting on the pole, Wallace jumped to
the lead on lap 9 and went on to drive away from the competition in his JEGS #36
Eibach Springs Modified.
International Motor Contest Association (IMCA) SportMod
Ben Kates Ends Slump with Conquer at Clay County Spencer, IA (July 10th,
2014) – After screaming out of the gates with ten wins in the first few months of
the season, it had been over a month since Tonganoxie, Kansas driver, Ben Kates
visited victory lane. He changed that by sweeping the IMCA SportMod program at
Clay County Speedway in his Kates Motorsports #23 Eibach Springs hot rod. His
2014 win tally now sits at 11.
International Motor Contest Association (IMCA) Modified
Ricky Thornton Jr. Thumps Foes in Mid Summer Classic Peoria, AZ (July 12th,
2014) – Ricky Thornton Jr. returned to his winning ways at Canyon Speedway Park
by conquering the IMCA Modified field in the Mid Summer Classic. From the outside
front row, Thornton Jr. led every lap of the feature on his way to his ninth victory in
eleven starts in 2014 at the facility in his #5m Madrid Motorsports/Eibach Springs
Modified. The win was his thirteenth overall on the season.
IMSA Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge
Stevenson Motorsports On Top at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park
Bowmanville, Ontario (July 12, 2014) – Stevenson Motorsports raced to their
second straight victory with their Eibach Springs #6 Camaro Z/28 via a triumph at
Canadian Tire Motorsports Park with drivers Matt Ball and Andy Lally behind the
wheel. The team took the lead on lap 65 on their way to their first IMSA Continental
Tire SportsCar Challenge victory.

Don O’Neal Owns Tri City Speedway for LOLMDS Win Pontoon Beach, IL (July
11, 2014) – Martinsville, Indiana hot shoe, Don O’Neal continued his impressive
debut season in the Clint Bowyer Racing #5 Barry Wright/Eibach Super Late Model
with his sixth win, which came at Tri City Speedway in the Lucas Oil Late Model

Richmond, KY (July 12, 2014) – Matching the biggest win of his career Billy Moyer
Jr. swept the 27th Annual Butterball Woolridge Memorial at Richmond Raceway for
the $10,000 payday. He started his night by lowering the track record before cruising
to the victory in his heat race to earn the pole for the feature. The finale found
him leading all 50 laps in his Eibach Springs #21jr Moyer Xtreme by Longhorn/Pro
Power Racing Super Late Model to claim win number seven in front of a capacity
crowd.

Charlie Sandercock Notches Fifth Win of 2014 Brighton, Ontario (July 12, 2014)
– Charlie Sandercock is enjoying a banner year in his #57 Eibach Springs Pro Late
Model, and he added his fifth victory of 2014 by racing away from the competition in
the finale at Brighton Speedway.

Christopher Mies Guest Stars to Fuji Checkers Fuji, Japan (July 13, 2014)
– German driver, Christopher Mies had a successful guest run at the third race
weekend of GT Asia competition at Fuji Speedway. Together with his teammate,
Jeffrey Lee, Mies in the Audi R8 LMS ultra of Team Absolute Racing took the victory
on a wet track after starting from position eight.
Italian GT Championship
Team Audi Tops Italian GT Championship Action & Standings Mugello, Italy
(July 13, 2014) – On the third race weekend of the Italian GT Championship action,
Germany’s Thomas Schöffler and Italian teammate, Marco Mapelli celebrated their
second victory of the season in the Audi R8 LMS ultra of Team Audi Sport Italia
in Saturday’s race. After six of the season’s 14 races, Schöffler and Mapelli are
leading the championship standings with a nine-point advantage.
